This hotel is under renovation so there were some glitches. I've never stayed at one of these hotels before and tend to stay in more upscale hotels. That being said, the hotel staff could not have been nicer or more helpful or accommodating. They were quick to resolve the few issues our room had and made everything right. The common areas are still being renovated so there is much wear and tear. However, our room was clean, newly renovated and had all of the basic necessities for our stay. The staff is what makes this hotel... everyone we interacted with, from the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance, were friendly, professional and very personable. They made our stay most enjoyable. Thank you for your hospitality!

Staff was very nice amd helpful Area is safe,and we didnt see any shady people, we came for the indy500 and its close to the airport, and about 1mile and a half from the school bus drop off area. ims has tickets that can be purchased for pickup and drop off,we had uber drop us off and pickup at this spot which makes it easier to get to and from the track. Only issue i have is hotel doesn't have ice machines, and when needing toilet paper, you have to go down to the lobby to get it. The hotel has a little room in front so coffee, drinks,water,chips and such can be purchased and is alot cheaper that getting stuff at the track. I paid about $800.00 for Fri,sat,sun checkout on Monday so still pretty expensive but its for a rce weekend

Patience had to be exercised since it is undergoing a renovation. And it was priced accordingly, so no real complaints. That being said, one elevator did not work at all and the other would not move down if called to the 5th floor. At least it went up, going down 5 flights was much easier. The room was recently updated so it was very nice. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and fresh. The TV had not been set up and since we were there for the Big 10 championship, sports TV was VERY important. The staff was super accomodating and we were moved to a room with a working TV. It, too, was recently upgraded and very nice. The place will be stellar once the reno is done.

Unfamiliar with this area..I choose to stay in this hotel.. it was the worst decision ever!!! They accused me of putting a hairline crack in the grouting between the towels in the shower and kept my deposit, I checked out a day earlier and they didn’t credit my card the day I didn’t stay! The first room was dirty and the Tv was busted, the second room was a newly renovated room but the it had 2 TVs and neither one of them worked well, 1 didn’t get channel at all! The hallways and elevator where dirty and stains and spills everywhere thru out the hotel! I’ve was hung up on by the hotel manager when I ask why my money wasn’t refunded and have been getting the run around about the situation from IHG CORPORATION about it as well.. this company has gone down hill.. I worked for them for 4/12 years and they stood on customer service and high quality service standards.. no it must just be about the money.

Great Hotel for the price!

The price was right for this overnight get-a-way for my wife and I. We had a very nice time, the room was nice but not as clean as we would have expected. The overall condition of the entire hotel, lets just say some TLC is needed to get this to a 5 star hotel. But overall very pleased and would stay here again in the future!
