The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Not to mention the breakfast was good. The only problem I had was you had to keep turning the whirlpool on like every 15 minutes to restart it kind of took away the ambience of it all.

I will be staying here again in the future. We go to Indy 1-3x a year and this will be our go to spot!! The staff made it worth the trip! The guy running the desk was funny and friendly! The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was very nice and the hot tub was very nice! The only little tip would be the hot tub could be 2 degrees cooler actually. Should be no more than 104 and it was definitely hotter than that so I could not enjoy it as much as I would have liked. Overall though 5 stars!!!

We did not get cleaning service our entire three night stay. We had to ask for new towels. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was the lovely pool and jacuzzi in the photos. It was nice but not clean around the pool. No towels were restocked at the pool. Many many unsupervised children at the pool, who were not staying at the hotel as they had guest wristbands, were very loud and rowdy (as children are of course but they need supervision) in and out of adult jacuzzi, splashing even late in to the night when we though we might find it quieter.

DO NOT STAY HERE, Absolutely terrible experience, while the hotel is in a good accessible location, having to deal with drug addicts and prostitutes running in and out of the building all hours being loud, being locked out of the hotel multiple times for our cards not working, we ended up having to stay with friends and sleep on the couch and checked out early. Only was actually capable of staying there 3 of the 5 nights we were there, because good luck getting any front desk help at night because the desk clerk was outside asleep in her car.
