1.The outside grounds are just nasty - please clean up th landscape and the trash throughout the facility. 2. Pool and hot tub well maintained and serviced. 3. Front desk staff was excellent!!!! 4. The "hot breakfast" was not very good - not real eggs, the sausage links were sticky ( like they had syrup poured om them, coffee pots were empty both days, and room was not serviced.

I will be staying here again in the future. We go to Indy 1-3x a year and this will be our go to spot!! The staff made it worth the trip! The guy running the desk was funny and friendly! The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was very nice and the hot tub was very nice! The only little tip would be the hot tub could be 2 degrees cooler actually. Should be no more than 104 and it was definitely hotter than that so I could not enjoy it as much as I would have liked. Overall though 5 stars!!!
