This is a dated but very nice property with friendly and helpful staff. A good location and had comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay but the hot tub was broken with no fix in site. Likewise it is next to a dog park which was nice for the dog owners except for all the feces left on the beach.

Very nice little resort. The oceanfront view from our room was great and the condo was absolutely perfect and spacious. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome stay
We have stayed at this property several times over the past few years and we love it!! It has everything we need in the way of space, access to pool and beach, covered parking, full kitchen and laundry. Great amenities for the $$. The only "gripe" I might have is the lighting in the parking area. It's light, but still quite dark. We almost missed the turn into the lot several times when approaching at night.

We stayed for a family trip in the two bedroom condo. The room was clean, well maintained with older style and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, kitchen appliances and utensils were provided. Washer and dry were same but very helpful for our large family. We loved the easy walk to the beach and will definitely be back.

Perfect place to stay.
Everything was just about perfect. Beautiful location right on the beach. We even got to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. The unit was clean and had an updated kitchen and the entire complex was well maintained. The pool and hot tub were amazing. My only desire was to have more towels but there was a washer and dryer so no big deal. My one recommendation is to offer some bike for you guests to rent.

Excellent condo resort at Indian Harbor Beach, especially for the price. We loved our stay there! There was a full kitchen (with everything you would need minus food) so we cooked a few of our own meals. We were on the 3rd level with an ocean/beach view balcony. It was so nice. We’re smokers/vapers and we could do so on the balcony (as long as both patio doors were closed). We watched the waves and surfers from our balcony and had a very short walk down to the beach/pool/hot tub which was kept locked so only guests could go in. We also went to Kennedy Space Center (which wasn’t too far) and watched a rocket launch at Cape Canaveral from the beach at the resort. Highly recommend. We will be coming back!

The property could use a few upgrades. The bathroom's grout looks dirty, the shower and faucets are not up to the task. Otherwise it is a great unit, lots of space, kitchen very well appointed. Somer was extremely helpful. The view is awesome. The pool area is very nice as well as the club house filled with games, books, comfortable seating areas.
