Balcony was closed off due to the city shutting it down and they offer no discount or compensation at all. I specifically booked this hotel for the corner room balcony and was highly disappointed.

The suites were great. Two large sliding glass doors. All rooms are ocean side. All glass on the ocean side. Unfortunately the balconies were shut off due to city approval.

The a/c sounded like a freight train when it kicked on. The bed had a metal skirting that sounded like a gong going off every time you moved. The cleaning service was horrible. they made the bed and put some towels in that was the extent of it.
