My room was very clean. Love the private balcony, was nice sitting out there on it listening to the ocean waves, very calming and relaxing. Most of the staff was excellent to talk with. My friend and I just wanted a quick getaway from the normal everyday life of work and responsibilities. The Crown offered that and more. My stay at the Crowne Plaza Melbourne, FL was overall pleasant, and the location was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a comfortable atmosphere. However, cleanliness could definitely be improved. The room and some areas of the hotel did not feel as clean or well maintained as I would have expected from a Crowne Plaza property. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I hope the hotel puts more attention into housekeeping and maintenance. With some improvements in cleanliness, the experience could be much better.

Everyone one we were in contact with was great, the front desk, the wait staff in the restaurant, very friendly. But I have say I was very impressed by the valet staff, they were so friendly and very professional.

We found that one of the room cleaners had gone through my girlfriend’s purse (nothing was taken), there was no water at one point, there was no hot water two times. Lots of neighbor noise. The view was great.
