This property was in an excellent location, very close to the lake, walking distance. The resort provides beach equipment such as coolers, umbrellas, towels, etc. The pool is heated, there are fun activities on site and the setting in the forest is stunning. The Hyatt is within walking distance with restaurants and a casino. The rooms are cozy and very clean with a fully stocked kitchen, large refer and ice maker. The staff are friendly and helpful and the text communications are informational. Parking is $29/day and resort fee is $40 so plan for that. We really enjoyed the stay.

Needed a place with two bedrooms for the entire family. The trip was a road trip and we stayed one night, but after our experience we want to stay here again for our next Lake Tahoe trip. The location was walking distance to Incline Village. The location is close to all the main beaches and eateries in North Tahoe.

Pros: The suites are clean, well appointed and cozy. The property itself is well situated within Incline Village. The location is nice and quiet, unlike what you'll find in South Lake Tahoe. Cons: The major downside of staying here are the fees. In addition to parking and resort fees, you have to pay if you want to access the beach. Having not used any resort amenities myself, but having wanted to use the beach, it feels like a pure cash grab to charge for unused amenities and then charge again for beach access.

Excellent location, a beautiful setting with great amenities and access to everything Incline Village and Lake Tahoe has to offer. To pick one fault however, it was the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and properties. Upon arrival, we found food crumbs and popcorn on the bedroom floor. We had a 6 night stay and did not receive housekeeping one time - we had to visit the front desk to request additional toilet paper and fresh towels (family of 5). There were issues with the hot tub during our stay also, but they were working to address but without much success.

Clean, nice apartment, it felt like being in a suite. Easy parking. Nice pool and hot tub. Only one thing, the club house isn’t worth it, they removed the pool table and games, not fun for the family, just tables and a tv. This club house isn’t like in the pictures and needs to be improved.
