Hotel is close to the stadium. Walking takes about 25 minutes. They have washers and dryers to use off the lobby. They currently do not have a way to provide breakfast even though it was part of the price I paid. They were going to provide funds back for the breakfasts. They have a limited supply of snacks down in the lobby. They moved us to a bigger room as our TV wasn’t working. The floors could be cleaned better but overall it was a pleasant experience.

Easy hotel to stay at, lots of good amenities. No breakfast served despite listed amenities as bfast included as of 5/16/26. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Was good with an infant.

Hotel is pretty new. I actually like the self service option. We didnt mind removing our own trash and grabbing towels for thr designated area. Our room was an executive room. There was plenty of room for my husband and I. There are so many restaurants, plenty of food options. Definitely a little different than an American hotel room. The shower was different...we like a separate shower from the tub area. But nonetheless it was fine. Overall an excellent stay at The Gleam! Will definitely patron again when we visit our daughter-in-law's family again.

인천에 볼일있어 가족끼리 이용했는데 룸도 넓고 깨끗했고 주변에 맛집들도 많고 트레이더스도 있고 편리했네요. 단지 욕실서 하수구 냄새가 살짝 올라왔던게 단점이었네요. 가성비 좋은 호텔였어요~~

仁川文鶴競技場でのコンサート時に宿泊。フロントのスタッフさんがとても親切でした。聞き取れなかった部分を翻訳機を使って説明してくださり助かりました。チェックイン前の荷物預かりも快く応じてくださり、身軽で出かけることができました。新しい建物なので、内装も水回りもとても綺麗です。近くにコーヒーショップ、DAISO、最寄駅前には百貨店があり有名なベーグルショップもありました。仁川でコンサートがあったら、次回もぜひ利用したいです。
