There was nobody there to help us with our suitcases when we got to the hotel (we had 4 suitcases). We also found dirt on our carpet near our bed. The bathroom was clean and spacious and the overall room set up was nice, also only a 10 minute drive to the airport.

Pros - indoor and outdoor children’s play areas. CU onsite for quick, reasonably priced snacks Rooms are clean and spacious. We had read that they offered no in room amenities but found all the normal offerings (large containers of soap, shampoo in the shower) individual q-tips and cotton swabs, etc. con - the restaurants onsite are expensive I had read that the pool/ beach area was not included and charged a separate usage fee. We did not end up using it due to weather so cannot confirm this. The hotel is very dark interior.
