The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was fairly quiet. Good facilities, with a kettle in the room. It was 5 minutes away from terminal 2 at Incheon Airport with a free bus, so well placed for travellers. A good price for the room. There was some noise from planes flying in and out, but tolerable.

Great room, clean and spacious. Great staff from curb to curb. Helpful, efficient and friendly. Good location to airport. And good buffet breakfast. I would stay again. Frankly, I quite liked the more compact layout of the lobby too. I have a bad back and some local hotels have massive lobbies with endless walking just to get to check in and elevators. Ibis was great!

They deliver room service meals by robot! So cool! My room was incredibly clean. I would stay again. 10/10 I loved the free hotel shuttle. I got the kimchi fried rice delivered to my room and it came out of the robot warm and ready to eat. It came with a side salad and korean pickles. Soooo good. The walk in shower was sooo nice. Staff were very attentive and good.
