Extremely helpful front desk agent who assisted my party in arranging a jumbo taxi to get our many suitcases to the airport when we left Incheon.

This hotel room was a very clean and cozy place to stay to get a good nights sleep but I have to add that there is nothing wrong with the hotel in it of itself. There is only a slight problem with the location of it being in a very industrial area with a lot of factories and air pollution.

일단 직원분들이 너무 친절하십니다. 타워주차를 처음 해봐서 많이 헤맸는데, 직접 나오셔서 도와주신 프론트 직원 남자분 정말 감사합니다. 덕분에 아주 기분 좋게 묵었습니다. 생각보다 넓고, 조용하고, 쾌적합니다. 다음에 또 묵으러 가겠습니다.

せっかくに日本から友達が旅行に来てソウルよりちょっと離れている所をワザワザ検査して行ってきたけど駅からめっちゃ近いし周辺に色々お店がたくさんあるしスーパーもコンビニも近くて便利でした~ただエアコンが弱くてつけたり消したり不具合
