The parking is not free unless you keep your slip to scan. Also the toilet was broken. The location is great very close to food places. The beds are extremely hard and when showering you get very tiny towels that don’t dry you. I was not impressed with the price or the venue.

We enjoy this property a lot however there is a construction near by that make the commune more difficult so in order to go move is better to rent a car or call a taxi (which I did in order to be able to explore more) I would love if there are instructions on how to open the door if you order food or if you are waiting for somebody also I could not figure out on how to have two keys, overall I will come back also there are plenty of restaurants around. Please make the translation for the laundry machine!

The communication with the property management was no existent. We sent messages that were never replied to. Check in and out was terrible. If it wasn’t for some kind people helping us out we would have never got in the room. The self check in kiosk didn’t work and the only provided a local phone number to call in case of need. Unfortunately without a WiFi at the lobby or a local phone plan we could not reach anyone. Thankfully some kind people called management using their phone and we got a new code and we finally got to our room. Similarly at check out we could not complete the process via kiosk since we were never provided with an actual key card. We also wanted to leave our luggage at the front desk but no one was there to help us out!

I travel frequently and hold Expedia Gold status, but this was one of the most frustrating check-in experiences I've ever had. The property is a self-check-in hotel, yet the only information I received before arrival was a four-digit passcode. There were no instructions about where to park, how to find the hotel entrance, or how the check-in process worked. When I arrived, I found a large mixed-use building with no clear hotel signage. My reservation included free parking, but there was no information on where to park. I had to call the property using my international phone to get directions. After finding the correct parking area and checking in at one of several kiosks in the lobby, I received a room key. Unfortunately, the key did not work at the elevator entrance. After several more minutes of confusion, I finally discovered that hotel guests were supposed to use a separate service elevator. Honestly, the entire arrival process felt more like an escape room game than checking into a hotel. At every step I had to figure out the next clue on my own—where to park, which kiosk to use, how to access the elevators, and how to reach the room. The room itself was just okay—nothing special, but adequate for a one-night stay. My main complaint is the lack of communication and guidance. What should have been a simple check-in took nearly an hour to figure out after a long day of traveling with my family. Not acceptable for a property near the airport and listed on Expedia.

The location was good, and having access to the kitchen and laundry machine was very convenient. However, the room was not very clean, and the housekeeping staff was not particularly polite. The room was dirty and had an unpleasant smell, so I had to clean it myself.
