This place is such a great place with everything you need, they are nice and very responsive. If you are taking public transportation from ICN Airport, it is quite a walk from Unseo station, but you should be fine if you don't have extra luggage with you. Overall, it's a good place with Washing Machine (no dryer) and all basic amenities.

Stayed 1 night for a long layover between flights. Easily accessible from the Airport via subway, I took the AREX to Unseo Station, and walked about 15 minutes to the Guesthouse. Guesthouse Ko In is in a quiet area not too far from the train station. Lots of places to eat or get coffee nearby. Check in staff were kind and friendly, and showed me how to change the lock code on my door. If you have luggage, I'd highly recommend an uber or taxi.

The staff are very nice

The location is quite nice if you need to stay near the airport. The staff were very nice, they contacted me instantly after i booked the room and follow up my schedule. My flight arrived at Soul airport quit late, they contacted me once I arrived and picked me up from the subway station, since there were a bit dark at night, they afraid that i were difficult to find the place. That make me feel very warm and safety. The room is comfortable and clear too, good to stay here.

日付のかわるギリギリの予約とチェックイン、それに初めてのゲストハウス利用でしたが丁寧に何度もやりとりしていただきました。コンセントが枕元やTVの近くにありましたがどれも微妙に離れていて延長コードを一本置いてもらえるといいなと思います。

전반적으로 만족합니다. 객실도 깨끗하고 조용했습니다. 근데 아쉬운 점은 1. 침대 이불 커버가 안 쒸어져있었다는 점 2. 코로나때문에 주방을 쓸수 없고 아침 조식이 없다는 점 2번은 공지를 하시는게 나을것 같습니다. 그리고 주변에 먹을 곳이 없는것은 아니었습니다. 군데 군데 식당이 있습니다. ^^

1.It was easy to enter and exit　property at your convenience. 2. The rooms are private with individual locks for added security. 3. You had washing facilities and a kitchen area to make meals. 距離雲西站近，一號出口那邊有很多吃的。旅館裡面有暖氣所以很溫暖，設備都很齊全。我們睡的地方外面風大時，外面的布條吹動有點吵。

周りに何もない、駅から遠いです

駅からスーツケースをひいて歩くには遠かった。 決してサービスが悪いわけではないが、プライベートバスルームの部屋を予約していたが、案内された部屋は違っていた。疲れていたのもあり荷物を広げたあとで言いにいくのも面倒でそのまま使いましたが。 共用バスルームは狭くて、使いにくい。汗を流す程度で思っていたが良い。
