梅雨の中休みの期間にお世話になりました。共用スペースにはエアコンが無かったのですこし暑かったんですが，部屋との仕切りを開ければ，涼しくなりますので，問題ないと思います。余分にエアコンをつければ料金に反映されますし，窓を開ければ外の気温はそれほど高くもなかったので(猪苗代なので)，共用スペースにはエアコンは不要です。昔の家を改装されているので，階段など少し窮屈ですが，むしろ若い人たちにはいろいろと珍しいのではと思います(私はもっと昔の家を知っていますが)。トイレなどは現在的で，掃除も行き届いているようで清潔感があります。料金が低く抑えられているのが何よりです。

普通の民家なのでなかなか見つけにくいです。ホテルからの案内メールの地図を参考にすると良いです。冬季利用の場合、部屋の中は石油ストーブをつければ温かですが部屋の外は寒いので厚手の部屋着があると良いです。お風呂は浴槽にお湯を貯めて利用する場合追加で400円かかるのでシャワーだけ利用しました。また部屋は２階でトイレは1階の共同なのでトイレの近い人、急な階段の昇り降りがきつい人は辛いかもしれません。田舎のおばあちゃん家に泊まりに来たつもりで利用するなら良いと思います。

清潔感があり、ぐっすり寝られました。最寄り駅からは徒歩で30分ほどかかりますが、徒歩12～13分の所にスーパーが2軒あるので、静かに過ごすのには良いです。
