Pousada bem localizada

Pousada bem equipada com estrutura. Nossa suíte master tinha banheira no quarto, porém sem nenhuma janela que desse vista para a rua, apenas uma estrutura em madeira tipo veneziana. Achei um pouco claustrofóbico. Nossa cama não tinha lençol de cima e o chuveiro não tinha pressão.

Chalé muito velho é abandonado. Recomendo suite

O melhor da estadia foi o café da manhã, que é terceirizado e cobrado à parte. Excelente ! Ficamos no chalé, que estava muito deteriorado, limpeza deficiente, banheiro muito velho, meio abandonado, vidros quebrados, sem iluminação externa, tínhamos que usar lanterna… Recomendo pegar as suítes novas. A localização é ótima, próxima do centrinho da praia do rosa… A Jacuzzi externa estava fria, mesmo após 30 min de uso…

Tem muito potencial mas tem que melhorar muito

O atendimento do bistrô no primeiro dia foi péssimo, a comida estava horrível, frita com óleo velho. A limpeza da área de alimentação deve melhorar muito, os talheres ficam servidos de um dia pro outro em cima das mesas. Tivemos que solicitar a limpeza dos alcochoados dos bangalôs e redor da piscina para poder usá-los, estavam molhados da chuva do dia anterior. Alguns permaneceram sujos até o final da nossa estadia.

Cafe da manhã deixou a desejar

A pousada em si é muito boa, tivemos um problema com o Wi-Fi mas que foi resolvido pelo pessoal com rapidez e agilidade, um ponto que deixou a desejar foi o cafe da manhã que é terceirizado, minha esposa é celíaca e então solicitei ao prestador de serviços se poderia colocar alguma opção de pão e bolo sem glúten ou outros itens, a pessoa ( Fernanda ) a responsável disse que não tinha condições, sendo que hoje em dia pessoas com algum tipo de intolerância e dietas especiais é muito comum em restaurantes e hotéis, e eles não estão preparados para estas necessidades, fomos num mercadinho ao lado da pousada e ali tinha várias opções sem glúten, total falta de interesse para com o cliente.

Ótimo custo-benefício.

A estadia foi muito boa, porém, tem alguns detalhes. O apartamento que ficamos apesar de antigo era muito amplo, bem arejado e espaçoso. O chuveiro bem quente, roupa de cama suficiente, toalhas e utensílios básicos de cozinha. O único problema foi o cheiro. Tinha um cheiro forte de xixi de gato ou algum animal pequeno morto (ave, morcego, etc), e a maneira que encontrei para contornar isso era jogar um desinfetante com cheiro no chão nos momentos em que ficava dentro do apartamento. Cada vez que eu passava esse desinfetante, ficava umas 3-4 horas sem o cheiro ruim. Como fiquei mais fora do apartamento do que dentro, deu para contornar, mas foi uma situação desagradável. Outro ponto que considerei extremamente desagradável foi ficar 2 dias inteiros sem internet. No terceiro dia, fui até a recepção para pedir 2 taças emprestadas e ouvi a recepcionista conversando ao telefone com a empresa de internet. Como sou técnico de informática, me dispus a ajudar com o problema e solucionei o problema da internet de toda a pousada num sábado e SEM COBRAR NADA POR ISSO. No dia seguinte, pedi para estender o check-out em apenas 1 hora, mas foi negado sem o menor interesse em agradar. Uma pena essa "ingratidão". A área de lazer é excelente, uma piscina ampla de livre acesso e 4 jacuzzi com hora agendada. Café da manhã excepcional. Das pesquisas que fiz, o melhor custo benefício. Melhoraria o atendimento, a cordialidade e essa questão do cheiro.

A localização é excelente, no centro de tudo. Perto de restaurantes e várias lojinhas, fizemos tudo a pé. É um pouco afastado da praia, mas é possível ir a pé também. As instalações são ótimas. Fomos muito bem atendidos. O café da manhã é gostoso, só achamos que poderia ser servido mais cedo, pois pra quem gosta de de ir cedo pra praia, acaba ficando um pouco tarde.

Salvo pelo serviço da piscina e pela jacuzzi

Recepção nao muito acolhedora pra quem chega de viagem. Longe dos chalés e sem o atendimento no quarto. Ao chegar no chalé simples, era realmente muito simples: os travesseiros (8 no total) eram finos e velhos, "o resto". Extremamente gelado, e tivemos que quase implorar por mais cobertas e por um aquecedor, que conseguimos na segunda noite. Nao disponibilizam roupão para quem não estivessem nas suites mais caras (não ficamos pois estavam lotadas). Ficou a imprressão da distinção preconceituosa entre as reservas. Fomos graças a Deus muito bem atendidos na piscina: cafe da manhã, jantar, jacuzzi e sauna. Com destaque para funcionária Darlene, que faz compensar todo o resto. Preço bem alto pela qualidade do serviço da estadia. Me senti no quartinho dos fundos, mesmo pagando quase 700 por 1 final de semana

Triste situação

Fiquei decepcionada!! Estavam fazendo algumas melhorias na pousada, entretanto foi barulho todos os dias. Colocando placa no telhado, cerca para crianças na sala de jogos, cortando a grama. Café da manhã, pratos quentes estavam gelados. A acústica do quarto não existe, ouvimos tudo o que o casal do lado fazia. (Sexo) Lamentável
