My husband and I enjoyed a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious. The host was very friendly. There were a few great surprises. The area was a hidden gem. Travel tip - only 15 miles to Astoria but half the $$. Must see - Cape Disappointment.

There was anything you might need. The room was very homey and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. Yogurt with fresh berries, individual egg dishes, bacon, potatoes and toast with raspberry jam.

Absolute GEM! Perfect stay close to Astoria. The hosts truly make this place feel like you're visiting family. I had a warm welcome& felt like a valued guest throughout my entire stay. The place is clean, updated and inviting, but still has that old charm to it as well. I especially appreciated they accommodated my dairy free needs. I slept great & I truly hope to be back!

The Pearl Inn is amazing. the house and rooms were incredibly clean, the game room was so much fun and the breakfast was the best breakfast we have ever had. i cant wait to visit the area again just so i can stay in this bed and breakfast. the owners were the kindest of people. i recommend this location to everyone!

Everything was first rate, from the linens, to the bed, to the home itself, to the delicious breakfasts, to the game room in the basement, and especially the friendliness of Candy and Ken. You will not be dissapointed. They also own the "Salty Dog" fishing charter boat if that's on your agenda.

Charming Inn

Owner/host gave us tour and recommendations for dinner that were close by. Historic building that has been lovingly restored and includes modern amenities and bathrooms. Has a lot of extra touches like cookies and coffee in entry, bathrobes, room darkening shades, great breakfast.

We loved staying here! Ken and Candi were so sweet and accommodating, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. Delicious breakfast each morning, super comfy beds, and the sauna in our room (the Chinook) was wonderful. They also had great recommendations for activities around the area. Would highly recommend booking!

Staying at the Pearl Inn Bed and Breakfast was such a wonderful experience. We stayed in the Harbor room and it was so cozy. The whole inn was very clean and quiet and the owners, Ken and Candi went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The included breakfast was excellent as well. We will absolutely be back!

This place is very conveniently located and pristine. They seemed to think of everything. The room is very dark and quiet. It has great amenities and modern charging and bathing options despite everything else being gorgeous antiques. The hosts were spectacular and breakfast was amazing. They even took our dietary restrictions in mind without being boring or bland.

I really enjoyed the vintage feel mixed with modern convenience of the Inn. You can tell that the innkeepers put alot of time, effort and consideration into the design and decor. I also enjoyed the breakfast fare, classic meals with a delicious twist. Bottom line you can tell the innkeepers Ken and Candy really enjoy what they do and it shows.

Very beautiful home, the rooms are decorated in beautiful decor and are very warm and friendly. The beds are a dream to sleep in, we didn't want to wake up. The location is very convenient. The owners are very friendly and make you feel like family, and are willing to help in any way they can. We really enjoyed our stay and will be visiting again.

Beautiful house and property. Everyone was so welcoming and warm. The rooms were just wonderful. We enjoyed the history of the house and the care the owners have given it to make it welcoming and comfortable. Will definitely be back! Loved that they had a convenient parking lot, we could easily walk to the Farmers market, marina, and shopping/restaurants.

It's a really really beautiful and cosy place!! They've put so much work on it and it shows!!! You feel welcomed!!! Also the breakfast was the most tasteful and nice that I had in all of my holidays in the West Coast. Till we meet again!
