Can’t complain staff are always there if ever you complained about the toilet slow going down they will be there right away fixing things, even if I complained of the smell they do things right away 👏👏👏👏👏 It’s not a 5 star hotel but we feel safe and comfortable it’s enough for us…. We stayed for 5 days and we are thankful to all the staff 🙏♥️ grateful for taking care of all our needs 👍👍👍👍👍

Didn’t make use of breakfast facilities - A/C was a little noisy, but worked adequately. Water pressure to shower and hand basin was disappointing. Staff were excellent - couple of minor issues we experienced were resolved within a few minutes. Overall, a nice hotel to stay for a few days.

A must try Hotel!

My room was clean and organized. It was cleaned everyday with drinking water bottles provided. And the most impressive are the staff. Very professional and friendly. They are readily available and willing to help with any needs you may have. SM City is literally across the street from the hotel and a 7/11 in the building. I highly recommend InJap Tower Hotel.

The property itself is not on tip-top shape but staffs were accommodating and friendly. The best part is the location. It sits just across a huge shopping mall with plenty of dining options and cinema. Outside the hotel is a major street which makes tranpo convenient
