Incredible value for money and we had efficient and timely customer service. In addition, when we needed help with a pharmacy purchase, the front desk was immediately on it and helped us have it resolved in 15 minutes. The breakfast had a good variety and great tapioca. The beautiful sea right outside and close to everything, super convenient. I highly recommed!

The people working there are very nice! The place is average and I only stayed one night on my way to another city. I would not chose this hotel to stay for a vacation. The area is horrible and not that nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable for one night. I didn’t like the food either!!! I give five stars to all the members of staff, they are very friendly and if it wasn’t for them I’d rate this place even lower!!!

Quarto limpo, porém com bastante formiga, em um dia da minha estadia, ao sair do hotel pela manhã, ao retornar a tarde o quarto não tinha sido limpo, ao reclamar na recepção, demorou mais de 1 hora para finalizar a limpeza, os funcionários a maioria deles muitos atenciosos, café da manhã perfeito. Bar muito bom!

Quarto limpo, tv sem conexão com tv canais aberto (local) , tive que dormir sem ar condicionado (pifou as 22h), não tinha pessoa de manutenção pra olhar e nem foi disponibilizado outro AP alternativo . Tive que dormir com porta da varanda aberta, invasão de mosquitos (noite horrível), tanto que não esperei data prevista da saída, antecipei.

O quarto era super confortável, roupa de cama suave ao toque e frigobar abastecido. Em relação aos demais espaços, o hotel é uma delícia. Tem um belo jardim e para quem vai com a família, ele é maravilhoso. Tinha várias atividades para as crianças e adultos. A piscina é aquecida e funciona até às 22h. O café da manhã também é muito bom, mas o que eu mais gostei foi do atendimento da equipe, todos muito gentis e super atenciosos. Eu estava com minha mãe, que estava um pouco debilitada, e a equipe me auxiliou com tudo que precisei. Foi a melhor escolha que poderia fazer.
