Amazing time!

The place is amazing. The nature is present all aound the resort. The employees are so friendly, always with a big smile for us. The food are incredible delicious and a lot of options/ variety to our choice.

Boa tarde Olha eu sinceramente esperava mais…muito maisssss Porém do cana brava achei mais nome do que aconchego…. Comida não gostei de nada do café da manhã, almoço e jantar. Tudo sem sabor. NUNCA TOMEI ESPUMANTE tirada de igual um chopp…. Acredito melhor não ter….. Ontem um amigo meu terminando o café e seus colocaboradores pedindo para se retirar para arrumarem o almoço. Não servir mais tudo bem mas nunca fui em algum restaurante que nos pedissem para NOS retirar sem ter terminado de comer. Fora o “coco dendê”que fomos ontem e estava muito bom mas mesmo assim somente após um stresss com o gerente de lá que conseguimos nos acomodar todos em uma mesa só. Lá sim comemos uma comida saborosa. Nunca vi um lugar que prezam mais regras ( e tem que ter) do que descanso e diversão dos hóspedes (que eh o Business do hotel). Pessoas comemorando aniversário em mesas separadas (que absurdo)…..para bao estragar layout ? E o principal que é agradar cada hóspede para aproveitar ao máximo o momento de descanso? Mas enfim volto a Ilheus sim mas com certeza te garanto que no cana brava nao mais. E olha que já fiquei em vários resorts no Brasil e no exterior mas o “cana brava” me decepcionou desde o checkin, onde o quarto estava sem internet e eu precisando para resolver coisa da empresa (mais uma confusão para ajeitarem tb com o gerente da recepção) e mesmo assim tive que rotear meu celular para trabalhar. Enfim colaboradores tinham quem ser mais receptivos em todos os setores coisas que

Resort muito completo. Quartos otimos, limpeza excelente dos quartos e staff atenciosos. Alimentacao muito a desejar, comida sem variedade, pratos simples, comida ruim para o padrao que o resort cobra. Petiscos durante uma semana foi igual. Infelizmente nao voltaria nesse resort por causa apenas da comida. Nao vale o que eles servem. Infezmente pois o resto nao tenho que reclamar.

O hotel o espaço físico muito legal, um paraíso. A manutenção do hotel precisa melhorar, no trocaram as roupas de cama num período de 4 dias, as manchas do copo no móvel, tbm não, pia do banheiro com dificuldade para descer a água, ar condicionado que não refrigerava. O chuveiro desabou. A princípio nós colocaram em um apartamento no 3 andar sem elevador, sou idosa, e só trocaram o quarto no outro dia.

Eu fui esperando que teria um experiência mto boa, mas não foi o que aconteceu! no frigobar do quarto só tinham água e refrigerante, não tinha cerveja! quando eu pegava a cerveja de garrafa (que gosto mais) no bar do restaurante coco dende, eles abriam a garrafa, então não tinha como eu levar para o quarto para beber, só podia beber ali! as comidas nos jantares ficavam mto separadas, não havia um critério lógico para a distribuição da comida! não havia salão de jogos ou coisa assim, a única diversão era a piscina ou a praia, o restante era pago, tínhamos que pagar por tudo! participei da reunião da vocation, pois disseram que eu receberiam alguns premios, não recebi nada, só perdi 2 horas do meu tempo! ali parece mais que a gente está mendigando. O lugar é bonito e só! a comida é repetitiva, não teve nada que justificasse o preço da diária! o check-out é meia hora antes do horário do almoço e se vc quiser almoçar precisa pagar, a gente não tem o almoço nem quando entra e nem quando sai! Eu acredito que o dono do resort é mto avarento, porque ele economiza com coisas pequenas, veja só, não deixaram a jarra com água de coco no balcão do bar pq segundo eles estava havendo desperdício, para pegar um copo de água de coco tínhamos de aguardar o funcionário fazer drinks ou coisa assim para as pessoas que chegavam antes, gente era água de coco! a minha estadia foi decepcionante. O wifii era péssimo! poucos funcionários, no bar molhado nem tinha funcionário!

O quarto era a única parte boa da estadia, porém, a equipe não era tão simpática para um resort, alguns chegavam até a ser grosseiros. não houve acompanhamento até o quarto, ficamos perdidos com malas e crianças, entrando e saindo de prédios, pq nos deram informações erradas. O resort muito mal cuidado, cheguei a ver uma barata no restaurante, comida rasoavel, senti mal cheiro em algum lugares. Sinceramente já me hospedei um pousadas com mais qualidade, não foi uma das melhores experiências, o custo benefício não é bom. Não recomendo!
