Lugar bom, mas pode melhorar.

A localização da pousada é ótima. A estrutura é muito boa e os funcionarios são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Porém o dono se mostrou hostil, ouvimos até ele gritando com a esposa e não ouve explicações da parte dele equando pode atender uma necessidade nossa, apenas desculpas envergonhadas dos funcionários. Além disso a piscina permaneceu suja durante os 5 dias da nossa hospedagem.

Estadia sensacional - Voltaremos com certeza!

Atendimento excelente. Localização maravilhosa perto praia, restaurantes e centro histórico. Café da manhã simples e objetivo. Ambiente muito aconchegante. Acolhedores com nosso Pet. Único ponto a melhorar foi a cama que por ser de mola e para quem tem problemas de coluna a cama é desconfortável por ser muito mole. Como um todo nossa nota é 9.

Um lugar para encontrar a sua paz

Atendimento incrível de todos os colaboradores, desde o recepcionista, cozinheiras, arrumadoras de quarto. Quarto aconchegante e ambiente muito gostoso, desde a Pscina na pedra até a trilha para chegar ao quarto. Tudo muito gostoso e o café da manhã também e poucos, quase nenhum borrachudo durante a hospedagem.

Ótimo atendimento. Chalé bem confortável. Mas não aconselho para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção nos andares altos . Pois tem muita escada para subir . A cama pode melhorar e o colchão não tinha proteção, por isso creio que os lençóis Nso paravam na cama . Muito áspero tb . Mas o café da manhã muito bom . Localização ótima .

Decepção

Entrada para pousada muito estreita , meu quarto era longe e com escadas ,mini cozinha pia , microondas, frigobar , cama confortável porém o travesseiro péssimo aqueles estilo nasa enorme e duro , que dá dor na nuca e pescoço, te faz ter vontade de não dormir pois é extremamente desconfortável , chuveiro bom , banheira sem hidro não usei , o sofá cama utilizado para minha filha como cama é horrível, uma pedra , sem condições!!!!! As toalhas péssimas também, velhas , manchadas , desfiadas , arranham a pele de tão dura … quando cheguei a cama da minha filha não estava feita eu que tive que abrir o sofá cama e colocar lençol. A limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar , não tem um cabide ou cabideiro , não tem um local para colocar roupas molhadas , não tem espelho de corpo somente rosto no banheiro, amenits apenas um sabonetinho mequetrefe no dia que cheguei e mais nada… Café da manhã farto , diversificado , porém fica uma rede inteiriça para mosquitos em cima dos alimentos, essa rede todos colocam a mão , bate na mesa , e fica em cima dos Alimentos, achei anti higiênico e não comi nada que estivesse exposto diretamente a essa rede , fora o horário muito tarde do café as 8:30 , check in as 15:00 também achei tarde , próximo a vila média de 1 km ,enfim me decepcionei com a pousada, na minha opinião não vale metade do preço que cobra, com o valor praticado tem pousadas muiiito melhores na ilha .
