O hotel é incrivelmente lindo, moderno, novo. Pegamos o quarto com jacuzzi, muito conforto e completo. Porém deixou MTO mas MTOOOO a desejar no atendimento. Apesar de todos simpáticos, pareciam despreparados, no café nao era atendida, nao recolhiam sujeira e não ofereceram cadeirao pro meu bebe. Tudo muitooooo demorado, muitas coisas do cardápio esgotadas. Pedi para trocar a roupa de cama do berç umas 4x. Então falta preparo para melhorar o atendimento. Infelizmente não achei que valeu o valor cobrado, nao me senti em um hotel 4/5 estrelas. Era meu aniversário nem feliz aniversário recebi haha. Mas melhorando essa questão, no geral é um excelente hotel, estrutra e quartos muito bons.

O hotel é novo, arquitetura moderna e charmosa. Pegamos quarto com banheira na sacada, muito confortável, piso aquecido, chuveiro bom. Café da manhã ótimo, várias opções. Tem acesso direto pra praia mas não tem muitas cadeiras na beira mesmo, a acomodação maior de espreguiçadeiras e sofás fica no bar que é logo após a faixa de areia, mas é muito bom também. Valores do bar normais para praia/hotel. A piscina tem um visual incrível com a borda infinita mas poderia ser mais quente. E o quarto merecia telas mosquiteiro para pode deixar as janelas abertas sem se preocupar com os borrachudos. O arquiteto do projeto certamente nunca passou um dia em Ilhabela pra cometer tal descuido. De modo geral o hotel é ótimo

otima estrutura, poderia melhorar o atendimento

Prós: Estrutura linda com uma bela vista para o mar. Ótimo café da manhã. A estrutura é moderna, especialmente nas áreas comuns. A cama é muito confortável. Tem cadeiras numa area privativa com vista para o mar e acesso direto a praia do Veloso. Contras: O serviço, em especial o do restaurante, não acompanha o nível da estrutura. Os atendentes são queridos, mas falta o profissionalismo que a direção deveria ter treinado neles. Em várias ocasiões, para conseguir fazer um pedido, tivemos que levantar e ir até os garçons para sermos notados. Trazem a comida, mas esquecem os talheres; fazemos um pedido e eles se esquecem de repassar para a cozinha. Nesse sentido, o atendimento do restaurante parece mais o de um hostel do que de um hotel dessa categoria. Além disso, a comida do restaurante não justifica minimamente o preço cobrado com a exeçao do cafe da manha que é maravilhoso. Pedi um risoto mas veio de baixa qualidade (feito com arroz comum, e não com arroz arbório ou carnaroli), assim como um filé que veio com um molho saboroso, mas a carne estava super passada. Na hora do pedido, o garçom sequer perguntou o ponto da carne. Para almoço ou jantar, é melhor se preparar para comer fora. Nos banheiros, seria interessante substituir os mini frascos de shampoo e os sabonetes de uso único por dispensers mais ecológicos.

Tive uma das piores experiências em um hotel que se apresenta como de categoria luxo. Desde o início da estadia, diversos problemas comprometeram o conforto e a qualidade dos serviços. No primeiro dia, o ar-condicionado do quarto não funcionava corretamente e não era capaz de refrigerar o ambiente. Informei a recepção sobre o problema durante o jantar e, ao término, fui comunicado de que a situação havia sido resolvida. No entanto, ao retornar ao quarto, percebi que nada havia mudado. Como resultado, passei uma noite extremamente desconfortável. No segundo dia, o problema foi parcialmente solucionado, mas voltou a ocorrer no terceiro dia, o que demonstrou a falta de manutenção adequada. Outro ponto negativo foi o café da manhã. Em períodos de alta ocupação, o hotel não tem estrutura ou capacidade para atender dignamente seus hóspedes. O buffet oferecido tinha qualidade inferior à de hotéis de padrão médio (3 estrelas), além de não suportar o grande fluxo de pessoas. Diante dessa situação, solicitei que o café da manhã fosse servido no quarto. Contudo, o pedido foi negado sob a alegação de que deveria ter sido feito no dia anterior. Como seria possível prever essa necessidade com antecedência, sem conhecer a situação de caos que se apresentaria?
