Lugar limpo, organizado e bem localizado, próximo ao centro. O chuveiro é muito bom e o ar-condicionado funcionou perfeitamente. O único ponto negativo foi o Wi-Fi, que só funcionou no primeiro dia e depois não funcionou mais. No geral, foi uma boa estadia. Recomendo.

Ao chegarmos, fui recepcionada por uma criança através do interfone, logo depois um rapaz nos indicou o lugar pra estacionar e nos levou até o quarto. São quartos bem compactos, com TV, frigobar, e acessórios básicos. Estava chovendo na primeira noite e o quarto estava com duas goteiras bem em cima do ventilador, o que prejudicou seu uso, além de que o ar condicionado também não estava funcionando. Comunicamos o contato da reserva e no outro dia fomos trocadas de quarto! No quarto novo, o ar condicionado estava com problema no controle e no outro dia nos entregaram um novo, porém o quarto ficou molhado e com umas goteiras do próprio ar condicionado que estava soltando água. A localização é excelente, os quartos são extremamente simples e necessitam de algumas manutenções, também faltam tomadas. São muito próximos uns dos outros, talvez seja mais interessante pra uma viagem entre amigos e familiares na acomodação geral. A equipe deixou um pouco a desejar pelo tratamento meio ríspido e grosseiro. Não nos sentimos acolhidos.

Excepcional! Excelente custo beneficio. Bem equipada, e segura. Possui ar condicionado, Smartv, frigobar, mini cozinha com microondas, lancheira, filtro, copos, talheres. A estrutura da propriedade é ótima! O quarto muito limpo e bem equipado. Em relação a isso não tenho nada a pontuar. Local muito bem localizado. Gostei muito! Em relação ao atendimento, não sei se foi algo pontual, mas deixou muito a desejar. A pessoa que nos recebeu não explicou correramente o funcionamento do local, fiquei meio confuso e perdido já que não há recepção. Parecia que estava com pressa, perdido e agitado. Perguntou se eu tinha algo para pagar; informei que apenas o valor da cachorra, que o restante estava pago via plataforma hoteis.com. Porém, ele me pareceu meio perdido e foi pegar a máquina de pagar para confirmar. Não pegou nenhum documento e nem preenchemos ficha de hóspede. Indicou onde deveriamos parar o carro, porém quando eu sai e voltei, a vaga estava ocupada e tive que parar em uma vaga livre. Na hora do check out perguntou o porque parei em outra vaga e ao explicar, perguntou se não tinha vaga do lado. Enfim, achei o atendimento bem rude e estranho, diferentemente do que vi nas avaliações. Espero que tenha sido algo pontual e não um atendimento rude por ser um casal de homens se hospedando.

Maravilhoso. Extremamente limpo, lugar agradável. Única ressalva seria a antena da tv oscilando muito e a conexão do, Wi-Fi que estava mega ruim e infelizmente não poderia esticar a estadia e fazer Home office por esse motivo. Mas ambiente perfeito, desde que você não se importe com a TV ou precise de internet.
