Simplesmente encantadora! Essa foi a nossa segunda vez na pousada e, com certeza, não será a última. Já virou o nosso cantinho preferido em Ilhabela! O café da manhã é simples, mas feito com muito carinho, delicioso! Ficamos na suíte master, com hidromassagem perfeita com água quente e fria, TV smart grande e tudo sempre muito limpo e organizado. A piscina é pequena, mas suficiente para relaxar e curtir o momento. O destaque vai para os funcionários: extremamente educados, atenciosos e prestativos. Nos sentimos verdadeiramente bem recebidos. Tudo a ver comigo. Local limpo, cheiroso, colchão confortável. Tinha tudo que eu precisava. Atendimento muito gentil. Café da manhã gostoso servido com cuidados para não esfriar ou sentar mosquitos. Aprovadíssimo.

Não recomendo quarto standart

Tive q mudar de quarto pagando a mais pelo upgrade, pois o quarto q havia feito a reserva(quarto standard) é minúsculo com uma cama péssima super pequena e mole demais. No caso ou eu pagava pra fazer um upgrade de quarto ou iria ter q procurar um outro hotel, opção q n queria, pois tava cansado da viagem. Outro ponto negativo é cobrar por toalha de piscina e a cobrança é por dia e não estadia. Os funcionários são atenciosos e o quarto q fiz upgrade pagando tb era bom.

Muito boa,única coisa a desejar foi a piscina além de pequena parecendo mais uso pra crianças e o horário só até as 8hs da noite,maioria das pousadas é até as 10hs.

Muito mais do que eu esperava

Pousada muito boa, quarto grande e confortável, banheiro espaçoso com um espelho bem grande, me surpreendi com o quarto. O café da manhã é simples mas é bom, os bolos são uma delicia!! a piscina é bem rasa mas é uma delicia, a localização da pousada é boa, tem mercados próximos e com uns 8 min de caminhada tem restaurantes, bares, padarias.. Voltarei com certeza!

Tem potencial porem precisa de melhoras

A pousada é bem localizada, com bom atendimento é bonita, porém precisa de algumas melhorias. Há quartos que estão mais "novos" que outros estávamos em duas famílias e um dos quartos tinha ar condicionado novos, o piso aparentemente bom no outro quarto pisos soltos, ar antigo e sujo com baixa eficiência. Café da manhã deixa bastante a desejar em relação ao padrão da pousada, poucas opções, apenas uma lancheira amadora para pães, forma filas devidoa baixa eficiência, não fornecem gelo. O Hotel não possui nenhum servico de quarto há um bar tercirazo na piscina que só atende de tarde ao início da noite, já o hotel não possuem nem garrafa de água para fornecimento, só trocam toalhas a cada 3 dias e secadores não possuem no quarto.

Otimo custo x benefício

Pousada muito limpa e arrumada, quartos otimos, grandes, para 4 pessoas. Banheiro um pouco antigo mas o banho é ótimo. O valor pago é muito justo. Café da manhã é básico mas muito bom. Sem dúvida recomendo com uma opção bem economica.

O quarto era bem amplo e confortável, mas é bem diferente pelas fotos. No anuncio não fica claro que os quartos ficam em endereços diferentes. Café da manhã bom, porém muita demora na reposição. A melhor parte do lugar é a recepção, funcionários simpáticos e proativos.
