Minha experiência não foi positiva. O quarto que recebemos era diferente das fotos apresentadas no anúncio, o que gerou uma expectativa que não foi atendida. Além disso, senti falta de itens básicos, como pano de chão, o que impacta diretamente no conforto e na praticidade da estadia. Inclusive, tivemos que pagar uma taxa de R$ 80 por utilizar a toalha como pano de chão (Toalha em estado normal, tanto que levei para casa) o que considero um valor desproporcional diante da falta desse item essencial. Sem contar que também não há vagas o suficiente para os hóspedes, tivemos que parar o carro todos os dias na rua, no anúncio está escrito que há 1 vaga disponível! Acredito que a pousada poderia melhorar na transparência das fotos e também na atenção aos detalhes dentro do quarto.

A única parte positiva foi a localização! O quarto era mal cuidado, o banheiro todo carunchado, nem papel higiênico tinha! A limpeza é troca de toalhas só e feita após 3 dias! Café da manhã ok, nada de mais e nem saboroso. O valor parece acessível mas não compensa! Não recomendo e não voltaria!

Hotel muito mal cuidado. Nosso quarto foi no andar de cima, tivemos que subir com mala pesada. Não tinha elevador. Cafe da manhã precisa ser agendado devido a limitação de espaço. Minha sugestão é começarem a servir o café da manhã mais, as 06h por exemplo. Outra coisa é com relação ao estacionamento. Eles deveriam avisar na reserva. Precisei deixar o carro na rua pós só possuem 4 vagas. Não voltarei

Decepcionante. Colchão imundo e nada confortável. No quarto havia além da cama de casal, uma beliche e uma cama de solteiro. O colchão da cama de solteiro era sentar e sentir os estrados da cama, de tão ruim. Os travesseiros sem fronhas. O banheiro não fechava, a porta era travada. Haviam duas janelas no quarto que tínhamos que deixar fechadas com cortina por cima, pois, pasme, a parte externa era um corredor onde passavam outros hóspedes e as janelas eram na altura dos olhos de quem passasse. Há a exigência de deixar a chave na recepção sempre que saíssemos. Perguntei porquê e responderam que era para não perder a chave. Não seria mais fácil informarem que se perdesse pagaria taxa? E duas vezes não tinha ninguém na recepção, então não deixamos a chave. A pousada fica exatamente na avenida super movimentada, que nunca dorme. Não sabíamos e era barulho a noite toda... Caminhões, ônibus, carros, motos.... As vagas não eram suficientes. Não recomendo e não voltaremos.
