The room was perfect for us. Very comfortable. The restaurant was wonderful and the open are lobby, lounge and dining room were so nice. Also, the pool, tennnis counts and grounds were quite lovely. We loved this hotel.

The pool area with swim up bar was fantastic, the staff was wonderful and the restaurant was great. Free parking was an added bonus and the location to the old downtown restaurants was very convenient. The surrounding scenery was simply stunning. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great time on the Island Ilhabela

Very good friendly and relaxing stay over.Family orientated, family environment, very good high quality material being used for building and interior etc., all full functional. Breakfast could be better (on benchmark international), coffee being prepared in pots (individual coffee machine preferred with beans) should be better. Very quiet and harmonic still being very closed to the road, nature in the garden full visible, birds singing in the morning, fitness center, tennis court, swimming and relaxing pool. Summary: Fantastic stay with tendency to repeat again.

Easy to get to town, nice hotel - only issue, not much English at all here. Mainly Portuguese. we also learned that they charge for the coffee in the room. We are used to that being free in the United States so a sign (in English) would be helpful.

A amabilidade dos funcionarios, desde a chegada e com brinde com espumante , continuando por toda a estadia ate ao momento de partimos foi especial. A quartos bem clean e claros, roupa de cama cheirosa, a limpeza de tudo faz a gente se sentir em casa. O Cafe da manha é muito bom e farto com tudo fresquinho , salada de frutas deliciosas, tapioca feita na hora deliciosa tb. O Hotel é muito bom e bonito. So darei sugestao do que ao meu poderia melhorar ainda mais a experiencia: Colocar mais ventiladores no restaurante e hall pq mesmo com tudo aberto fica nem quente. Trocar o Secador de cabelos pq estes presos na parede com fio muito curto é muito ruim. Também senti falta um espelho de aumento no banheiro. Faz falta uma cafeteira no quarto ,mesmo que as capsulas sejam cobradas a parte . O bar da piscina so funciona a partir das 12hrs , sem ter como pedir uma agua , um suco ou qualquer outra coisa, fazendo vc ter que se locomover da piscina ate o restaurante ,acho que mesmo que o bar estivesse fechado mas de vez em quando um funcionário poderia ir ate a piscina e ver se algum hospede precisa de algo, pois sem ninguem do hotel la , alem de nos hospedes perdermos , o próprio hotel perde de vender e atender bem seu hospede. Tambem acho que merece atenção o cuidado com a reposicao de insumos usados no restaurante , exemplo (leite de coco) pedi uma batida de coco no primeiro dia e amei , entao no dia seguinte pedi a mesma batida e nao pude tomar ,pq nao tinha leite de coco.

Hotel espetacular na melhor localização da Ilha

Hotel excelente , numa das melhores localizacoes da ilha ao lado do centro historico. Muito bonito confortavel e o atendimento do staff é nota 10. Unico detalhe a mehorar: climatizar a area do hall principal pois pegamos dias de muito calor e nao tinha como ficar ali .
