-Logo que chegamos para passar o feriado fomos surpreendidos com uma taxa de pet de R$80/dia por pet (nunca havia visto isso). Pensei que fosse ter algum diferencial de limpeza, mas nada mudou. -CafĆ© da manhĆ£ com zero variedade (pĆ£o, presunto e queijo apenas), nĆ£o tinham nem cafĆ© para oferecer aos hospedes em horĆ”rios fora do cafĆ©. -Quartos pequenos e mal cuidados (tinha atĆ© mofo na embalagem de sachĆŖ de shampoo que eles deixaram como ā€œbrindeā€. -Estacionamento indisponĆ­vel. Tivemos que parar na rua. -Fui com os meus pais e nunca tĆ­nhamos ficado em um lugar tĆ£o ruim. Um arrependimento. Pagamos mais de 3 mil o feriado e o serviƧo oferecido foi de centavos, lamentĆ”vel. Costumo viajar muito e nunca tinha passado por uma experiĆŖncia tĆ£o ruim. NĆ£o recomendo para ninguĆ©m e esse ā€œhotelā€ deveria ser banido daqui do site.

LocalizaĆ§Ć£o boa, podendo ir a pĆ© para a Praia da Feiticeira mas no momento nĆ£o hĆ” calƧadas na avenida. CafĆ© da manhĆ£ muito simples (pĆ£o, bisnaguinha, bolo, queijo, presunto, cafĆ©, suco, sucrilhos, granola, frutas e iogurte). O quarto Ć© confortĆ”vel porĆ©m escuro, e o interruptor do ar Ć© bem na altura da cabeƧa na cama, entĆ£o fica desligando toda hora que encosta. Os banheiros nĆ£o tem janelas.

Viagem final de semana em FamĆ­lia.

Ja havia me hospedado hĆ” 11 anos atrĆ”s, gostei e por isso escolhi novamente a pousada. PorĆ©m mudou muito a qualidade, tanto no cafĆ© da manhĆ£, sem muita opƧƵes, bem simples. como tambĆ©m recepĆ§Ć£o sem empatia alguma muito ā€œatendimento robĆ³ticoā€ Obs: Independente do horĆ”rio de chegada o check in atĆ© as 23:30 no mĆ”ximo, se vocĆŖ mora longe nao tem opĆ§Ć£o de chegar mais cedo fica complicado e vale ressaltar esse ponto, como tambĆ©m em uma possibilidade de aproveitar um pouco mais a ilha e tentar estender apenas para tomar um banho na pousada e seguir viagem, nĆ£o hĆ” flexibilidade de horĆ”rios mesmo que nao tenha novos hĆ³spedes para fazer check in e isso poderia ser melhor analisado, mas sei que a pousada nĆ£o Ć© obrigada a isso, e infelizmente agregou a nĆ£o querer voltar mais!

Pontos fortes e a serem melhorados

Foi muito boa minha estadia, o atendimento dos meninos da recepĆ§Ć£o foi excepcional com indicaƧƵes de locais de passeios, e para comer. As moƧas que preparam o cafĆ© tambĆ©m super atenciosas, ainda mais nos dias onde sĆ³ tinha eu, meu marido e meu filho, fizeram tudo exclusivamente pra gente. SĆ³ queria dar algumas dicas pra estadia do pessoal ser ainda melhor que a minha. No cafĆ© da manha, poderiam colocar pĆ£o de queijo, Ć© universal, toda crianƧa gosta..rs A piscina, senti um pouco suja, poderiam limpar um pouco melhor. A academia poderiam tirar, por que sem condiƧƵes os aparelhos. Melhor nĆ£o ter, do que oferecer, e nĆ£o conseguirmos utilizar. Poderiam aproveitar o espaƧo para ampliaĆ§Ć£o e melhora na sala de jogos. No mais, todos muito atenciosos e local muito bom.
