We loved everything about this hotel, I feel as if we were in Capri or St Barts the view from the room, the balcony, the restroom, the stairs. The staff and the owners are simply the best. We will definitely be back!

Super cool accommodations - we’ve stayed in two different units - both had some amazing qualities. Last one had a veranda at least as big as the very large room itself. This unit is very much like two separate rooms with a very spacious bathroom. The porch here is much smaller but actually has a more expansive view of the water.

The view from Apartment 10 is gorgeous, and the breakfast was perfect. Also the staff were incredibly friendly. Our main complaint is that we wish it was cleaner. The window seal by the bed had cobwebs and dust on one side. And the Jacuzzi had a weird smell and nasty little bits came out of the jets. I reported it to the receptionist and they offered to swap us rooms but with one day left we just didnt use the jacuzzi again. Also the hot water on the shower ran out super fast.

Horrid hotel

I have never regretted making a booking more than this one. When we first arrived we were shown a room with no functioning air conditioning, in a questionable state of repair and a bed that was just horrible, when we complained about the situation were shown a room that smelled like mold with ants all over and same horrid bed the staff tried to pass this of as an upgrade, the hotel staff then proceeded to send us to a room where again we had fault air con, toilet could only flush once every 40-50 minutes, shower water was brown, water taps in the bathroom weren’t working and of course ants again everywhere. We asked for a refund so we could go another place, but was refused. In the end the room was so bad we decided to go somewhere else and just pay that ourselves to get away from there. At 120 euro per night we did not expect supreme luxury but we did expect a clean well kept room with a decent bed. We subsequently raised the issue with hotels.com, and the hotel proceeded to lie about the the interaction claiming they had offered an upgrade we refused, despite having taken the “upgrade” and finding it in possibly even worse condition than the first room. We ended up talking to locals during our stay who confirmed that the place wasn’t what is used to be. Should this happen to you don’t expect much help from hotels.com.

A água quente não é tão quente e na segunda noite parou de funcionar porque tinha acabado o gás do junker. Se liga o chuveiro quente para alguém tomar banho e outra pessoa quer usar a banheira quente, não funcionam ao mesmo tempo. Não tem nenhum tipo de serviço como camareira, troca de roupas de cama ou toalhas. Dona Alice e Gilvan foram muito prestativos, educados e estiveram disponíveis sempre que pedimos auxílio. Fica no topo de uma ladeira e a praia mais próxima para banho fica há uns 15min andando. A praia que dá vista não é de banho. A hidro é bem fraca.

A minha estadia no Maison Joly foi maravilhosa! Quarto espaçoso, limpo, principalmente toalhas e roupas de cama branquissimas. No check in nos foi passada a senha da fechadura eletrônica da porta da rua, então entrávamos e saíamos à vontade. Água quente no chuveiro (demorava um pouco para esquentar, mas esquentava bem) e na pia do banheiro. A banheira de hidromassagem estava funcionando bem, mas como era externa esfriava rápido pq a água dela não saia tão quente. Mas a vista! (Ahhh a vista) e o pôr do sol! (Ahhh o pôr do sol!) valia todos os degraus de todas as escadas que tínhamos que subir para chegar ao quarto! Eu disse ao meu filho: os melhores lugares ficam no topo! Enfim, tudo ótimo!

Excelente estadia! A localização é estratégica, permitindo ir a pé aos principais pontos e restaurantes de Ilhabela. O apartamento é ótimo: limpo, com camas confortáveis, ar-condicionado potente e uma vista linda da sacada. Infelizmente, minha experiência neste local foi ruim desde a chegada. Logo no início, fiquei cerca de 10 minutos aguardando atendimento no estacionamento, sem qualquer orientação. O estabelecimento não possui recepção, e foi enviada previamente uma senha para a fechadura eletrônica, porém a senha estava incorreta, o que gerou ainda mais transtorno. Durante toda a estadia, as únicas pessoas com quem tive contato foram a camareira , que foi quem conseguiu abrir a porta após a espera , e um caseiro. Não há qualquer suporte ou presença ativa da administração. O local aparenta estar abandonado, com manutenção extremamente precária. Os decks dos quartos e da área da piscina estão em estado deplorável, com madeira podre, além de grande presença de baratas, o que compromete totalmente o conforto e a segurança. É realmente uma pena, pois o hotel tem pontos positivos importantes: a localização é excelente, a poucas quadras da Vila, o que facilita muito, já que estacionar à noite na região é praticamente impossível. A vista também é muito bonita. Apesar disso, pela falta de manutenção, organização e atendimento, não retornaria nem recomendaria a estadia.
