Pontos positivos: localização, atendimento, limpeza, hotel completo (academia, sauna, salão de jogos, cozinha de apoio…). Pontos negativos: tudo muito antigo, precisa de reforma, reparos, acústica zero (da pra escutar tudo dos quartos vizinhos, barulho da rua), no hotel tem um mirante e vc vê a parte de trás dele, está bem deteriorado, com caixas d’água muito antigas e sujas, paredes com muito mofo.

O hotel é bom as pessoas que nos atenderam, Diogo, Vander, Adriana, o senhor da manutenção todos foram excelentes muito prestativos. A limpeza estava razoável mas o Diogo corrigiu imediatamente com a Adriana. Mas no geral a estadia foi excelente. Vamos voltar com certeza. Recomendo este hotel. Muito bom. Agradeço a todos que nos ajudaram a fica melhor a cada necessidade.

Hotel muito bem localizado, bom atendimento, porem acústica ruim fui obrigado a ficar ouvindo todo o som feito pelos quartos ao lado. Me senti no motel. Acredito que outras famílias também se incomodaram os sons emitidos pelos casais dos quartos ao lado, não era apenas um. Não voltaria.

Ficamos hospedados no hotel, existem quartos mais novos mas estava lotado e eu fiquei nos mais antigos. Então posso falar destes, o banheiro é antigo e o quarto também, e tudo limpo mas antigo. O chuveiro é bom, não tem elevador então se você for com idosos fique de olho são muitas escadas. O hotel é de frente ao mar e a praia é boa para banho, o bar do hotel é terceirizado , os funcionários do hotel são gentis e prestativos .

Bom, mas não é tudo isso.

A estadia foi incrível o quarto e o banheiro grande. A academia achei okay, porém o ar condicionado é antigo e estava com uma fita isolante e um fio pra fora no encaixe da tomada, o que não me deu segurança para ligar, as instalações são antigas, a sauna da medo de ficar dentro, sala de jogos e brinquedos pras crianças achei okay, piscina, ofurô muito bom, preço das coisas no hotel são bons também. Café da manhã fraquinho, o pão de queijo não fica em uma estufa quente o que deixa ele duro, não tinha tapioca, achei que pelo preço da diária o café da manhã ia ser melhor.
