Tive alguns problemas como meia hora pra efetuar o check-in, problema com ar condicionado, ventilador de teto, foi me passado alguns itens que não tinham, me falaram que teria monitor para as crianças masa infelizmente não tinha nada, ou seja, propaganda enganosa. Mas o pior pra mim foi me cobrar a estadia no meio do meu sábado. Isso estressa qualquer um.

Ilhabela é sempre cativante, porém, percebe-se atual falta de infraestrutura naquela cidade. O acesso por balsa é caro e deficitária, o sistema viário, com grande número de motos em circulação, exige extrema atenção. Os preços de hospedagem e alimentação, são elevados, mas a beleza natural do lugar, ainda merece destaque.

É cobrado uma taxa de limpeza para roupas de cama e toalhas que não fica claro na contratação do quarto. No site do hoteis.com é falado em letras minúsculas um valor de R$13/pessoa, mas foi cobrado R$15/pessoa. O valor deveria ser embutido na taxa, pois dificilmente um hóspede não usará as roupas de cama e toalhas do local.
