beach front hotel, literally the dining room is 3 meters fromthe beach. Lots of restaurants and ahops nearby and 5 minute walk from the Abrao pier. The swimming pool was closed due to renovations. Breakfast was good, wirh delicious tapioca pancakes made to order, fresh fruit and lots of cakes. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.

Lovely place on the "main street" close to the jetty and everything else. Everything was fine except for that the "breakfast ladies" never said hallo/welcome and always looked a bit angry.

This place has terrible customer service. The hotel is under renovation and the pool is closed. The construction noise begins at 7:00a.m so when we addressed the issue with the manager she gave us attitude and told us that the noise can begin at any given time of the day by the owner of the pousada. The owner knew that we were at the lobby trying to address our concerns and once he saw us he ran out of the lobby and wanted nothing to do with us. The manager was nasty, rude and condescending. Nothing was resolved because the next day there was noise again from the construction. The next day the manager also saw us in the lobby having breakfast and did not say a word to us not even a good morning! It’s despicable the way they treat their customers as if we needed their inn to stay meanwhile there are many other ones with much better service and consideration over others. We left the next day and went to another pousada where they treated us with respect. I will never go back to this place ever again!

Premier séjour sur cette île charmante! L’emplacement de cette Poussada est je penses le meilleur , car on est tout prêt de tout. Ce n’est pas luxueux pour le prix, mais le personnel est très gentil et parlent différentes langues. L’endroit est propre. Pas de fer à repasser, ni de petite bouteille d’eau d’accueil, le wifi n’a jamais fonctionné pour nous, mais nous étions en vacances totalement’ ce qui a moyennement gêné. Malgré,des petits défaut et le prix délirant’ je recommande cette Poussada et cette île incroyable.

Hotel confortável no melhor local da ilha

O hotel fica perto do cais de Abraão e de todos bares e restaurantes ds região. O local tambem tem facil acesso para trilhas e passeios de barco. A estrutura do hotel é ótima. Tudo limpo e moderno. Uma excelente piscina, sauna, sala de jogos e área para descansar com sofás e televisão. Os quartos sao amplos e confortáveis. O café da manhã é farto e variado. Na entrada do hotel existem mesas e cadeiraa onde vc pode consumir a sua própria bebida e comida e apreciar o movimento da praia do Abraão. Alem de todas estas vantagens na recepção oferecem um chá da tarde de cortesia e tem um garrafão de cachaça de otima qualidade para ser degustado pelos hóspedes o dia inteiro.

A localização é perfeita, a pousada é uma graça, a vista de frente ao mar é incrível, mas, fiquei muito insatisfeita, pois, a tv e o telefone, não funcionaram nennhum dia, pedi para verificarem e nada e fizeram. Achei um desreipeito, até porque não é barata a estadia.

Valeu a pena!

A pousada fica bem localizada. De frente para a praia do Abraão e bem próxima do cais de onde partem as lanchas que vão para Angra dos Reis. Quarto amplo, limpo, camas confortáveis e silencioso (está tendo uma reforma de ampliação na pousada, mas não chegou a me incomodar). Bom café da manhã. No local também disponibilizam água potável e há bolos, café e chá no final da tarde. Só achei desnecessária a cobrança de taxa para retirar as toalhas para o passeio, já que elas serão devolvidas.
