The bathroom of this hotel was so dirty, fly and cockroach infested and damp. It was so damp the toilet roll was wet. You could also convince me the mattress was a slab of stone.

I read reviews about this property that helped me to choose it, big mistake. Whoever highly rated this place probably doesn't know better, very basic. You feel like you're in someone's house as opposed in a pousada. There's definitely better options for the cost of it. The overnight guy was very nice but one ladie in the day time was rough, from my room I could hear they talking on their phone, loud. Never again 😒.

Dirty rooms, stained sheets, won’t store luggage

Room wasn’t clean. Lots of stains on the sheets and pillow cases. Dirty shower and the water pressure was very low. They also would not store our bags after check out. Early check out at 10am and not being able to store our bags is super inconvenient. Our ferry was at 4pm but the earliest ferry was 12noon. So even with the earliest ferry you have to drag your bags around for hours.

O quarto é simples, porém com tudo que é necessário: ar condicionado, frigobar, uma misteira e uma cafeteira (não servem café da manhã, o que não foi um problema). Roupas de cama limpas, assim como o restante do quarto e banheiro. Pousada silenciosa, funcionários educados. A localização era perfeita, bem no meio da Vila do Abraão, entre as principais ruas, muito perto da praia, padaria, supermercado, farmácia. Perto das principais agências de turismo. Foi tudo perfeito, voltaremos com certeza!

Hospedagem simples, mas muito aconchegante. A localização é ótima, bem central, o que facilita bastante. A cama é confortável e o quarto, no geral, também é confortável. Sobre a limpeza, é possível solicitar arrumação diária, porém não achei que a limpeza foi tão completa. Havia, por exemplo, uma mariposinha morta no quarto desde a minha chegada e ela permaneceu lá durante a estadia, o que dá a impressão de que não há uma limpeza mais detalhada, apenas arrumação da cama e troca de toalhas. Mesmo tendo essa informação ao reservar, o ponto que mais me frustrou foi o horário de checkout, que é muito cedo, às 10h. Isso acaba obrigando o hóspede a acordar cedo e sair já com as malas. Como a pousada não oferece café da manhã, ainda é necessário sair praticamente às pressas para comer fora. Além disso, o check-in é mais tardio, o que reduz o tempo de aproveitamento da diária. No geral, é um lugar confortável e bem localizado, mas esses pontos poderiam melhorar a experiência.

Hospedagem não é pousada, não tem espaco externo de convivência. É aluguel de uma suite. Fui muito mal recebido pela funcionária que nao teve o minimo de tato ou cordialidade. Posteriormente usaram de justificativa que esse é o jeito dela e nao fez por maldade. Esse jeito de ser é inapropriado para lidar com o publico em geral, ainda mais turista. Acredito que em partes esse tratamento foi dado pq eu estava acompanhado por outro homem, meu MARIDO. O quarto cheira à mofo, as roupas de cama tinham cheiro de guardadas há muiito tempo. A localização é boa mas não é vista para o mar.

Estadia boa apesar dos pontos negativos

A entrada é sinistra: corredor feio e com várias Pousadas, suítes etc. A Pousada foi bem construída, mas poderia ter itens de decoração e plantas na entrada e na divisão de ambientes. Outro ponto que acho negativo é o fato de o banheiro não ter ventilação. O café da manhã é surpreendentemente bom! As funcionárias também são legais. Obs: Fica em frente ao Samu.
