Nice hotel, good spot for western travelers, as the front staff speaks basic English, and the breakfast is spot on.

The hotel was great. The only thin I missed was the pool not being open when other hotels had there's open and there was only one choice for the evening to dine. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Quite satisfied stay.

Quite satisfied stay. Convenient to park. Easy access to local restaurants outside the hotel. Decent & spacious room. The only thing to point out is the huge sliding bathroom door; can't use the fridge nor the closet when the door is opened.

Overall - Pretty Good Breakfast - No breakfast unless they get certain percentage of rooms First floor cafe - Open up at 9am (No way to have a breakfast at the hotel if your doing business trip)

前檯服務非常好👍 窗外的view超棒 床鋪軟硬適中 飯店整體感覺與體驗都很好 唯一美中不足的是早餐… 收費並不便宜但CP值相當低 沒有供應整顆水煮雞蛋 沒有供應魚、牛、雞的原肉，只有培根、熱狗！ 沒有供應歐式雜糧麵包，只有一般的很普通的土司、小餐包、小可頌… 青菜沙拉只有一樣生菜，一般通常必需有三、四樣生菜。

깊은 실망

옆방에 애기가 있어 새벽에 자주 깨서 잠을 설쳤습니다. 애기 잘못이 아니라 그만큼 벽간 소음이 심하게 들립니다 수압도 약합니다 익산에서 제일 좋은 호텔이라 갔는데 너무나도 아쉬웠습니다. 수영장 운영도 안한다는 것을 안내 못 받았습니다 안타깝습니다
