청소에 신경을 좀 쓰셔야 할 듯

사진에 보이는 긋 보다 방이 훨씬작습니다 이건 그렇다 치더라도 방바닥에 머리카락.. 화장실 바닥에 머리카락.. 욕조에 머리카락.. 하 그대로 있어서 상당히 불쾌했습니다 그리고 스타일러 있으면 뭐합니까 관리가 하나도 안되는 것인지 냄새가 진짜..지린내가 나요 재방문의사는 없지만 청소에 신경을 좀 쓰셔야 할 듯 합니다

깔끔하나 당황한 하루

익산은 호텔이 별로 없고 잠만 자고 나오면 되어서 이용했어요. 룸 컨디션보다 딱 모텔 분위기였어요. 당황스럽지만 깨끗해서 이용했어요. 주차하고 계단으로 룸이 연결되는 구조인데... 프론트 찾느라;;;

주변소음이 너무 심해서 안락함은 최저, 가성비 측면만 보면 무난함

대로변에 위치하여 차량 이동 소음이 엄청 심하고 건물 위층에 체육관이 있는지 모르겠으나 저녁 12시가 넘은 시간에 발 구르는 소리, 구호소리가 계속되어 잠을 제대로 잘수가 없었구요 흡연실, 비흡연실을 구분 안하고 배정되어 침구류에서 담배냄새가 나는 등 안락함에서는 최저 수준이나, 청결함은 크게 흠잡을만한 사항은 없었습니다. 가격 수준에 딱맞는 정도로 생각하면 좋을듯 합니다.

친절하시게 다 알려주시고 정말 좋았던건 블루투스 스피커가 있었어요 특이하고 좋았어요 음악틀어놓고 따뜻한물에 족욕하며 에어컨쐬는데 정말 기분 좋았어요 컴퓨터도 스피커 빵빵하고 스타일러도 잘 썼어요!! 나쁜점은 없었지만 충전잭이 안먹어서 케이블로 컴퓨터에 꽂아서 충전 했어요

H드라이브 호텔

호텔은 깨끗하고 편안하였으나, 문의사항에 대하여 응대가 만족스럽지 못하여 다소 아쉬움이 남습니다. 외출시 객실의 출입키가 없어 불편하였습니다. 예약비용보다 현장결제 금액이 조금 더 저렴하여, 예약고객의 할인이라는 말은 다소 어색하였습니다.

숙박 사이에 대실을 돌리는 곳이네요.

2박을 연박으로 신청했습니다. 당연히 체크인할 때 말씀 드렸고, 인지하고 계셨고요. 보통 몇시에 복귀하시는지 여쭤보시더라구요. 전 청소 시간 때문에 그런가보다, 싶어서 오후 5시 정도에 복귀 예정이라고 했습니다. 그런데 1박을 마치고 업무를 본 뒤 복귀했더니, 욕실에 뒀던 면도세트 등 개인 물품이 분실되었더라구요. 카운터에 문의를 해보니, 청소 과정에서 버린 것 같다고 합니다. 그거야 그럴수도 있겠죠. 그런데 업무 보러 외출한 사이에 대실을 돌렸다고 하네요. 정말 최악의 경험이었습니다.. hotel.com 에 대한 신뢰마저도 흔들리네요.
