Overall a decent hotel that's a bit old and run down. It is not in the main area of the town so you need to take a taxi or bus to get into Puerto Iguazu. Staff were helpful and friendly and the restaurant was good food at good prices.

Negativo: La habitación no está bien cuidada, el asiento del baño estaba salido y descascarado, las lámparas estaban sueltas y no encendían con facilidad. Dejaron solo un rollo de papel sanitario. Al día siguiente, al regresar del paseo en la noche, no habían limpiado la habitación, y se había acabado el papel, bajé a recepción por más. Positivo: El personal del front desk es amable; tambien nos dejaron guardar nuestras pertenencias en lo que se pasaba el tiempo para el ingreso a la hora reglamentaria; el buffet de desayuno de cortesía es sencillo pero bueno y limpio. El restaurante del hotel tiene precios económicos y la comida es rica. La atención en el restaurante es muy buena. Es un hotel totalmente familiar.

Un hotel es muy viejo, con llaves antiguas, no se ve limpio y se encuentra sin mantenimiento, la regadera sin presión el agua caliente tarda en salir, no hay secasira de pelo hay que solicitarla en el lobby, el desayuno es super escueto, para el check out te hacen esperar a que revisen.

Quando escolhi o hotel na Argentina foi porque viajariamos para Buenos Aires saindo de Puerto Iguazu. Na chegada quando fizemos o check-in ja nos disseram q teriamos q sair as 10 horas. Perguntei se seria possivel um pouco mais tarde e nos disseram pra perguntar pela manha. O hotel e bem velho e parece que falta manutenção em tudo. Por sorte era so uma passagem por Puerto Iguazu. Acordamos e fomos tomar nosso cafe da manhã. Infelizmente era muito ruim, mas muito ruim mesmo. Parecia que eram paes amanhecidos e tudo de baixa qualidade. Fora que havia pouca variedade. Por fim fui perguntar a funcionaria, de nome Adria, da manhã, se poderíamos ficar um pouco alem das 10 horas. Ela com toda sua má educação somente apontou uma placa onde dizia que deveriamos sair as 10 horas. Enfim.....um lugar pra esquecer e nao voltar nunca mais.

La cercania al aeropuerto y cataratas. El restaurant estaba bien y los mozos miy amables. El desayuno limitado y algunas cosas dulces estaban duras. No me gustó que no limpiaron la habitacion porque teóricamente no habiamos dejado la llave. Nos dijeron q nos lo deberian haber dicho pero seguro se les pasó. A esa hora ya no iban a hacer la hab (18hs).

A decent hotel.

The hotel is nice enough, the restaurant was good too with a decent range and reasonably priced. The pool area was in good condition and enjoyable and the staff friendly and helpful, though not scared of asking for a tip. Only real gripe is the airconditioner sounded like a jet engine.

El hotel es como se ve en las fotos, es muy comodo realmente y el comedor donde se sirven los desayunos es restaurante las 24 horas con lo cual podes almorzar cenar ahi sin necesidad de ir al centro ya que es rica la comida y buen precio. No es en el centro, para ir al centro tenes que tomarte un auto (que el hotel tiene) sale 250$ (septiembre de 2021) pero tiene a 2 cuadras la Ariputa que es como un parque divino con artesanias actividades restaurante que podes pagar entrada el 1er dia y te sirve para los dias siguientes entras sin pagar. Tambien tiene a 8 cuadras el parque de las aves que es divino para visitar. También tiene cerca un bioparque. Tienen que preguntar en recepcion del hotel para ir a los lugares porque te dan tiketes de descuentos para las entradas
