Vacations Close To NG Kerk

Our tower location had a good sized room but it was generally quite dated. I know that this room is part of a casino hotel but I requested a non-smoking room and upon entering the room, it smelled horribly of smoke. The front desk did respond to my request for someone to send up someone to spray some air freshener but that was it. I am guessing that other locations in the hotel were nicer and newer but this was something old and worn out.

The property no was misleading. The air conditioner wasn't cooling well and the television kept going out and needing to be reset. The pool closes at 5pm everyday which was a big inconvenience. Trying to get a live front desk agent on the phone is hard to do and if you go to the desk. The line is long and only 1 or 2 people working.

The hallways smells amazing, I opened the door to my room and was hit with the old stale smoke smell. The views from my room were amazing, the windows just could use a good cleaning. The water pressure in the shower was good and there was instant hot water. I checked in on Thursday, housekeeping came on Friday and that was it. I checked out on Monday with housekeeping never having come back to my room.

Beautiful property -- very well run by staff at every touchpoint. Booked a corner premium king, which was an incredible room. Great lighting options, high-quality bedding, nice furniture and very ample closet and storage space. Housekeeping missed a thing or two each day, but was overall great.

We love staying at Red Rock. I love being off the strip but still close m I enough if we want to see shows it’s not far to travel. The resort is very accommodating. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Our go to resort in Las Vegas!!

Most everything was great except the 20 something year old crowd who was using the club pool. They were in large groups walking through the hotel wearing small bikinis and some guys were without shirts. Many were swearing and being loud and drunk. Just seemed strange for this nice of a hotel to have drunk kids running around.
