Vacations Close To Chiesa dei Santi Rufo e Carponio

The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

Lovely breakfast

The staff, especially Natasha, were so helpful. My husband had his pocket picked on the Metro. Natasha helped us with every aspect of getting this annoyance fixed and was very compassionate. Also, the property itself was well planned out. Many small touches made our stay comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

If I could give more than 5 stars for how friendly and helpful the staff was, I would. It's a lovely little hotel in a great neighbourhood. The entrance is deceiving, and it took us a little while to find it. The breakfast had a large selection.

Roof top pool and restaurant were a terrific surprise! The food and drinks above expectations. The spa was also great and even can get a mani/pedi!
