Loved our weekend stay in the cutest lodge in the cutest mountain town. The staff was great and helpful. The lodge is lovely and a perfect place to get some peace and quiet from the busy city. The only thing I would love to see improved upon was the king mattress in our room. It has lived a good life supporting many travelers and it’s time to send it to mattress heaven. Wouldn’t hesitate to return to Idyllwild and this lodge :)

This place exceeded our expectations. Everything was top notch. Daniel and Shawn very very professional, friendly and helpful. They showed us around the place, informed us about the breakfast deal for the next morning and gave us a great restaurant recommendation for dinner just a couple of steps away from the Lodge. Lovely stay. This hotel has charm, beautiful architecture with large rooms, comfortable bed and an outstanding shower. Nested amongst pine trees and is only a 5 minute drive to downtown. The library is nicely appointed with large windows to enjoy the views. The Anora Cafe which has excellent food plus live music was less than a 10 minute walk away. This place was a pleasant surprise…
