the staff was rude, from the moment we arrived. The lady at the desk, didn't greet us, There were 3 people behind the desk, so the amount of staff wasn't the issue. She did however have time to Yell at the cleaning staff! The property was under construction, and we had to walk through an active area to get to the elevator. That evening I walked down to the desk to report that the TV screen was jumping, and that the remote wasn't working. The man who was working the desk was outside, so I walked out and told him what the issue was, He gave big sigh, and said that TV's and remotes had been having issues all night. but he followed me to my room, tried to adjust it, and then said thats as good as it's going to get. the breakfast room had missing sheet rock, that exposed the studs, Such a violation of safe food service.Too many violations to list. The most friendly of the workers were the cleaning ladies.they treated us with a smile. the room was clean, and somewhat comfortable. but blackout curtains didn't have a return, so they let in a lot if light! As for the breakfast, there was no juice, thrown area to make a waffle had no sheetrock behind it, possibly allowing construction dust and debree to get into the food.
If a property is under a remodel, and there is active construction going on, it should be disclosed before booking is complete. I would never recommend this property to any one. PLEASE BE ADVISED ,
