Just stayed for 1 night but was very impressed with the property. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was driving near this property on the way home and picked up an item that I had mistakenly left in the room, I called ahead and it took just a minute to retrieve it.

Location was excellent. Rooms were clean, comfortable and smelled fresh. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We checked in at nine and hoped to use the pool before closing at ten. Gates were locked and we were a bit disappointed. All in all, an excellent budget conscious choice.

There are two parts to this hotel. The part we stayed in was like going back in time and we found a motel off of route 66. The pros to staying at this motel were: the bed was firm but comfortable. It seemed like some renovations were done to get the motel up and running, and I hope they continue on with a remodel because it is in desperate need of one. The pros to staying at this hotel is the location to shopping and restaurants. Also, the Snake River is just across the street and has an amazing trail around it and lookouts for beautiful views. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Good breakfast. Smooth check-in. A little water damage in our room on the ceiling. We wish the buildings all connected to the main building though. Parking lot was a little confusing. But we had an enjoyable stay.

We were greeted by friendly staff and checked in. She explained the layout of the property and what to expect. We easily found our room. First impression was that it was old but satisfactory, but upon inspectong the room, there was a spill and dirt on the floor and cobwebs under the air conditioning unit. The bathroom door handle was extremely loose, making it difficult to open, the toilet barely flushed and there were gnats in the room. Upon bringing this to their attention, they were very apologetic and quickly found us another room - she even personally checked it out before issuing the room key to us. This room was satisfactory, but still in need of maintenance. Breakfast was good.

While the postings said that housekeeping would be provided every third day, they did not clean my room. It was not a major issue, but I expected my trash to be emptied mid week. Overall the room was ok, but it is an old property that showed its age. The value was good and the employees were friendly.

the manager was so very rude. the young girl checking us in was very nice. the pool was filled with algae on the bottom cement chipping all over. our bathrrom very dirty . there was an obviously something spill - splashed on the wall the toilet leaked. when i wiped up water so i wouldnt slip on the floor, the towel came away brown!! the corners of the bsthroom were crusted with grit. the only thing that was okay was the clean towels and bed. the grounds were weedy and garbage lying everywhere woukd not reccommend it to anyone!

We actually moved next door to Comfort Suites. They were SO accommodating in relocating us to the nicer sister hotel. All the rooms have balconies! Great view of the falls.
