Valentina and Nidia at the hotel were extremely hospitable helping us with a flask of hot water in order for us to have a cup of tea in the morning before the restaurant opened. They ensured that our need was met and even suggested that if the water was found to be not hot enough to make tea in the morning they would get the security to help us out with a pot of boiling water at 5.00 am in the morning. We fully appreciated their hospitality and would like to convey our thanks to them personally. We also highly recommend the hotel for overall level of service.
