Good checkin and welcome. Room large and airy, ceiling fan and three lights. Comfy sofa seat in room and en-suite bathroom with hot water for shower after dune buggy tour. Breakfast was great on the roof terrace with view of lake and dunes. Superb Wi-Fi and tv with Netflix and amz prime - all grand.

The best part of this hotel it is located in the center of the Oasis Hucachina. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Saruyi is amazing, she went out to her way to make me feel comfortable. The room is clean but no AC only a ceiling fan that blows hot air. Saruyi was kind enough to offer my an extra fan to help with the extreme heat. The breakfast is made to order and very delicious.

The place was a bit run down and didn’t feel overly clean. We were only given 1 towel for two people and no hand towel. Had to use a translation app to communicate with the staff although they were helpful once translating. You can hear all the noise and talking from the hallway and neighbouring rooms. Balcony is shared and workers began drilling at 7am. This was only annoying since we had been travelling long hours and wanted a quiet sleep. Decent place if you don’t expect much.

Our stay was disappointing due to several service issues. Communication before our arrival was very inconsistent, and it often took the hotel more than 24 hours to respond to our messages. We had arranged for the hotel shuttle to pick us up from the bus terminal, but the driver never arrived. We had to find our own transportation to the hotel, and when we informed the front desk, the receptionist did not seem concerned or apologize for the inconvenience. The room itself was clean, but it was missing basic necessities, including toilet paper and towels, which should have been provided before check-in. Our reservation included breakfast, but when we went to the restaurant, there was no food available and no staff member present. Eventually, we were taken to what I believe is another restaurant owned by the hotel, where they provided us with breakfast.

L'accueil courtois mais pas chaleureux, petit plus pour le personnel du petit déjeuner -elles étaient adorables - la chambre spacieuse et simple, mais nuit horrible ! Pas de climatisation mais un simple ventilateur qui brasse de l'air chaud donc obligée de laisser la fenêtre ouverte ! Bruit de la rue incessant, moustiques et pour couronner le tout un réveil à 6h par les marchands ambulants qui mettent la musique à fond !! Au final mauvaise nuit, pas du tout reposés pour entamer un périple de plusieurs jours dans le sud du Pérou ! Je ne recommande pas la chambre au RDC !!

Its a nice cute & well located hotel. Jesus at reception is amazingly incredible & very helpful with whatever you may need. My only issue with the room was no A/C. This is never good in a desert. Even at night. I lived & i did go to sleep almost immediately from exhaustion. Other than that i I definitely recommend for the price. Especially if you're staying 1 night only as we did.

Great Stay

Check in was very easy and front desk staff was very friendly. Room was very large and clean. Same with bathroom. Breakfast was very nice - fresh squeezed juice, made to order eggs, coffee, and bread/jam. Offered free luggage storage and close to everything!

Although the listing says there is a pool accessible this is not the case! Like most tourist hotels in Peru the service is much better than the property. We had a good stay but the price was too high for what the property had to offer.

Close to oasis

Issues with CC processing of payment but worked at the end. Room really really small for 4 people but the staff was great and accomadated us for early breakfast because of a tour we were taking really early in the morning! Overall would recommend.

Huacachina with tours

We rented a car at the airport and drove to this resort. They waited for us to get there since we arrived late. They provided breakfast and had amazing dinner options. Also had drink in refrigerators and laundry services where everything was charged to the room. We had an idea of what we wanted to do, but the host Kenji/Jesus gave us all the options we were looking for and scheduled it for us. We went to Islas Ballestras in a bus (poor mans galapagos) and sand dunes and sand boarding, city tour, winery tour and we just paid at the end. Pool option available at no extra charge. Our room was a little warm, while the hallways were cool. They did provide a vertical fan for us.

ワカチナの真ん中に立地しているため3階のオープンデッキからのオアシス・砂漠の眺めはGood。ただ、リゾート地で、隣がプール付きのホテルのため、深夜までうるさい。エアコンなく、ファンのみ。無料Wi-Fiあるが、つながりが異常に悪い。このクオリティで1泊4000円ごえは高い印象。
