Great place to stay!

The stay was wonderful. The customer service is spectacular and a lot of people spoke english. Their hot springs are immaculate and provide you with a spa like experience. Although they don’t sand springs at the property they provide shuttle that take you there and back. The pillows are a bit uncomfortable and the store doesn’t really have any heatable food. We had to walk to the nearest convenience store which was about a 10 minute walk.

Ibusiki Royal Hotel Stay

We loved the views and customer service! However, we were not told that we needed to make reservations for dinner at least 24hours prior to arrival. We had to go somewhere else to have dinner. We couldn't use the pool because they told us that is was only for summer time, but we were there in May, and it was already hot, and the weather was perfect for a splash in the pool.

朝晩2食お食事付きで一泊しました。 お料理はとても美味しく、特に朝ごはんは噂通りで、大満足でした。何よりもスタッフの方々がとても感じよく、笑顔が素敵で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。設備的には、各ベッドの頭元に電源差込みがあればいいかなと思いました。(携帯を充電しながら寝るので)チェックアウト後に、受付スタッフの方が私たちが車で出発するまで待ってて下さり遠くから手を振ってくださったのには感激しました！また機会があれば是非宿泊したいです♪

施設は古いがその分サービスでカバーしている感じかな。コーヒーマシンは24hフリーです デトックスウォーターもありました お風呂は以外に小さめでした 露天風呂も普通で特に特徴ナシでしょうか。。 売店も普通　品数が少し少なく感じました その分　ごはんは美味しいです 夕食は担当が付いてくれて サービスしてくれます 黒豚しゃぶしゃぶだけでなく出てくるのみんな完食しました 私の両親、家族３人みんな大満足でした ありがとうございました！
