Hotel was perfect and our stay was great, my only negative point is that the ground floor shower outside of the room was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel, nevertheless, it was great to have access and free use of the shower, once you have checked out and ready to head off to the airport.

The place was exactly what you see in the pictures! Its cool that they offer free breakfast in the mornings and if you decide to have lunch or dinner its also only 13 euros! The pool area is big, there is a game room as you walk into the hotel. Everything is a 5-10 minute walk and the location is completely safe! I would definitely stay there again!

OVERALL: This hotel is a CATFISH. I enjoyed the location of the hotel. You can’t get better than where it is. The aqua pool is nice but it’s “reserved” for aqua guests and the other pools is over crowded and old. The open bar for the all inclusive is a amzing I can’t complain at all. The food is absolutely disgusting so bad that we would go in try what they had that day and then leave to go spend money at a restaurant. The paella is gross. Security is top notch which takes away large gatherings of people not staying at the resort but is super relaxed with noise if your a guest. The staff are mostly super friendly especially our cleaning lady! However one of the front desk guys that takes care of the nights is extremely rude and unprofessional but all the other ones are amazing ! The front desk will order you taxis at no charge which was awsome!!. A tattoo parlor on site was cool to see. Vending machines for water and snacks that wasn’t overpriced. I do wish they would keep their bar open later seems wayyyyy to early to close at 11 pm and the food times are pretty good although I would have loved to have a extremely basic like snack table open all the time or something like that. The rooms are very old and outdated. Our shower head was broken when we arrived but when I told the cleaning lady she had it cleaned in like 10 min!! Very good if you make a request for anything (extra pillows bed sheets anything). Our bathroom smelled a little moldy but wasn’t bad.

Nice meals but disasterous gym!

Food was suprisingly good to be an all-inclusive hotel. The gym though was a disaster!! Old broken equipment and missing weights! Complements to the staff (Uarda) for givning us Sparkling wine in a isbucket on my wifes birthday

Decent hotel

Decent hotel about 15-20 minutes walk away from main bars and Ushuaia and Hi Ibiza. Big hotel with lots of people staying so if you are here for a fun weekend etc, perfectly clean and comfortable stay. Prices in this area are expensive so gauge that with your expectations rather than assuming it’s going to be a high class hotel when you arrive. Rooms fairly basic, but had aircon and you have access to a pool etc.

Absolutely spot on!!!! Perfect location for those who want to go to Ushuaia and Hi Ibiza (just 10min walk), very close to the beach, shops and restaurants, bus stop in front of the hotel fir those who want to go to the city center or harbour, great atmosphere inside the hotel , young beautiful people all around, very clean and perfumed reception and common areas, posh pool on the 1st floor with live djs, great variety of food for breakfast and lunch and everything was so delicious, staff always ready to help you...An unforgettable experience!

Probably the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed. Stay away from the food the lowest quality you could have. Cocktails are all coming from a tank premade. As per rooms are so noisy we stayed for 5 days didn’t sleep one night.

For an all inclusive hotel the drinks and food are below average. Much rather stock up on drinks from the liquor store. They don’t offer any free water which is ridiculous and anything you need like towels or ironing board you have to put down a hefty deposit. Beds are extremely low quality. Overall it’s below average!

We had a terrible time at this hotel. The pool and lobby may look nice and the location is fine. But be aware this is a party hotel with unfriendly staff. The rooms didn’t look anything like the pictures on the website. They were outdated, the bed was uncomfortable and the airconditioning barely worked. Maybe that is a good thing since they don’t provide blankets. Next to that the walls are made out of cardboard. We actually left the hotel early after already swapping rooms because of people partying in the rooms next to you all night long. You can literally hear every word of their conversation. And if you call the hotels security they get annoyed with you and do anything about it. I would recommend everyone to look for a different hotel. Even if it was half the price i wouldn’t stay here.

Avoid st all costs. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel is on the level of a Motel 6. The rooms are old an out dated. No blankets on beds, towels were thin. The shower wash dispenser was empty. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, horrible drinks. Didn’t like the fact that a deposit was required for simple amenities like towels, iron and cups for drinks. Didn’t like all inclusive was only during certain hours. I would not recommend this property. Food was subpar and reminiscent of a school cafeteria. Snacks were a joke! Nice lobby and pool area.

disappointing stay - most noisy party hotel ever

I really don’t understand how the hotel calls itself “family hotel”. It is the most noisy hotel I’ve been. You can hear anything the walls are like paper. The guests are only drunk partying people. Out of 7 nights, there has not been one night we’ve had a normal night of sleep. Seriously some nights with only 2hrs because it was non stopping shouting / door slamming noise. The walls keeps away 0 noise (yes we even used earplugs that didnt help against it). The breakfast is massive with a lot of noise and very average quality food. They should be open and communicate clear: this is a youngster hotel suitable for those that want to party/drink 24/7 and don’t care about some comfort. even buying an upgrade to more expensive rooms didnt have any improvement. The reception simply said: we can move you to another room but cant give any guarantees the noise will be less.

We found the facilities to be lack lustre, the rooms are definitely outdated but we’re not too bad. My view backed onto a building site which wasn’t the best but my friends had a “sea view”. The snack bar for All inclusive was absolutely vile, food was over cooked and very disappointing. The only best thing about the hotel was the breakfast which had lots of variety. My friend got sick & had to cancel her bookings that night. The roof top pool wasn’t that bad but having bar staff not cleaning when everything needed a wipe down would have been better and more hygienic as the dj deck area looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a long time. Dj’s only on certain days not all the time due to weather permitting & which day it is. As my friends were checkout “both women” the security guard came up behind them & cut the all inclusive wristbands off. They need to learn some class & manners in customer service. Also the drinks in the all inclusive bar was under all critic. Super bad.
