Located walking distance from shopping and the cathedral. Accessible by a single bus from the airport or a 25 Euro taxi, very conveniently located. Staff is good, facilities are beautiful. Great restaurant on the roof and the pool was really nice!

The hotel was clean, well located, and matched the description perfectly. The proximity to the beach and many great restaurants made everything easy and enjoyable. What really made the difference was the staff everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind, helpful and welcoming. Thank you for making our time in Ibiza feel easy and warm. Had a lovely stay here.Hotel is super clean & the staff are very friendly & welcoming.Our room had a full sea view with very comfortable beds.Shower was superb they also provided toiletries.Breakfast had a great choice of everything.Hotel is in a great spot lots of restaurants close but I will definitely be returning soon.

Very dissatisfied with the quality of the assistants, I booked a double room, I received 2 single beds which was very uncomfortable for my stay, unfriendly staff, they did not help at all, it was a negative experience.

Thankfully only stayed here one night. There were stains in my bed sheets. There is a coffee machine with pods but they didnt give you anybpods. When we went to reception you to ask for some they said you had to pay for the pods….. not really what to expect from a 5 star hotel. Massively over priced
