Very friendly and helpful staff, and the restaurant is excellent - one of the best in Otavalo. The free breakfast is just average, but the lunch and dinner menu is great. The pizza from their wood fired oven is excellent, and also their various pasta dishes.

Great staff, very helpful with check in process and helping with arranging a taxi driver to take us on 4 hour adventure of places around town we would never have found on our own. The restaurant serves wonderful meals. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in Ecuador as an included breakfast. The rooms facing the street can be a little noise, but we were so tired it didn't really bother us. The terrace was great for late afternoon relaxing and visiting.

Lovely little hotel. Close to the market. Very helpful staff who organized a driver to take us to the Cuicocha Lake, and pick us up after the hike. We struggled to find a bus to Latacunga but, again, the receptionist was very helpful in contacting the bus company. Luis took us to the bus stop and made sure we got on the right bus. Great service.

Brilliant hostel, great location, good food.

Doña Esther was lovely. I requested a quiet room and had a great night’s sleep. The bed was comfy and, although the weather was a bit chilly in the evening, they provided a thick extra blanket for the bed, so I was plenty warm enough to sleep. The shower had lots of lovely warm water and internet was reliable. Even better, the on-site restaurant was brilliant. Breakfast was lovely but the evening meal even better. Really delicious food. I would definitely stay again.
