This property is beautiful and all the staff is so nice and helpful and they’re always striving to do their best. The room was nice and it was perfect for me and my family, we all slept comfortably and the view was unbeatable. Absolutely breath taking. There were so many activities for everyone in the family. The check out is not set up very well, took forever to do it. The receptionist was rude and unkind. I was waiting and waiting but she just took to long not very efficient. The breakfast was cold and the eggs taste not as eggs. There is a bottle of shampoo but you can’t get shampoo out it. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport that why i choose this hotel. It was clean.

With my family we frequent the Estelar Hotels in Colombia in our travels, we had previously booked via Expedia chat for the Christmas event in the city of Ibague Hotel Estelar Altamira, when we arrived at the hotel to check in they confirmed that we did not have our reservations available. It is a pity, they looked for responsible everywhere but no solution, finally we were left without the meeting and with Christmas in our rooms. Surely we will not choose this option for our trips again. Thanks to Estelar Hotels for making our Christmas unforgettable.
