Comfortable stay in my home town

Comfortable weekend in Ibadan. Although the hotel was quite busy the staff were attentive and took time to resolve check in related queries. The deluxe rooms were spacious and clean, though the bed was a tad firm. The offer at breakfast was extensive. Points for improvement- quality of offerings from the a la carte menu was inconsistent and food preparation was slow.

Hotel management needs a lot of improvement. More foods selection for breakfast, food needed to be provided as needed. Food need to be available to all the guests in a room, not to one person. My bathroom had a significant amount of mould and the room smelt mouldy and my sheets had grubby marks on them. They did move me from the mouldy room when I asked and the staff were pleasant. But I would not stay there again or recommend the hotel to others.

The property is good but the management need a lot of improvement on customer service especially the kitchen/restaurant, The breakfast menu needs more items and staff need to put in more food as needed. Room service needed to be done promptly and staff attending to complaints promptly. Breakfast should be available to all room occupants, not to a person. Staff courteous and neat.
