Bad experience

They changed the room to a smaller one without notice. There was no compensation. We were traveling with a small child so this especially inconvenient. Not good, vexing to the extreme.

Syyslomalla kaksi yötä

Sisäänkirjautuessa pyysin huonetta rauhallisesta paikasta, johon minulle vastattiin tylysti, ettei virkailija tiennyt mikä huone hotellissa on rauhallinen, ja ettei huoneita pystytä enää tässä vaiheessa vaihtamaan, koska lasten sängyt olivat jo pedattu huoneeseen. Hotellin palveluista ei mainittu sanallakaan sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä. Kun pääsimme huoneeseen, se oli noin 20 neliön huone, ilman lasten lisävuoteita. Kävin kysymässä lasten lisävuoteista nyt eri virkailijalta, joka pahoitteli asiaa kovasti, ja siirsi meidät isompaan huoneeseen, jossa lasten lisävuoteet olivat valmiiksi pedattuina. Huone oli lähellä vastaanottoa ja melu sen mukainen, mutta ainakin nyt lapsilla oli omat vuoteensa. Äänieristystä ei ole juuri nimeksikään. Hotelli oli muuten mielestäni yllättävän hyväkuntoinen, ja kivasti kaikkea tekemistä juurikin perheille tai aktiivisille aikuisille. Aamupala oli mielestämme maukas ja siinä oli riittävästi valinnanvaraa. Myös hotellin ravintola Karhunpesä ansaitsee kiitoksen maukkaasta ruuastaan. Palvelussa on PALJON parantamisen varaa!! Erityiskiitoksen hyvästä ja ystävällisestä palvelusta ansaitsee aamiaistarjoilijana toiminut tyttö, jolla oli hyvin pitkä letti hiuksissaan. Vaikka hotellin puitteet ovat kunnossa, saamamme palvelu oli sen verran töykeää, että seuraavalle lomalle suuntaamme jonnekin muualle. Vastaavia hotelleja Suomessa kyllä riittää.

Hotelli on tiloiltaan siisti ja huoneet melko uusia ja siistejä. Vierailumme aikana ei huoneeseen kantautunut ulkopuolelta tai muista huoneista meteliä ja saimme nukkua rauhassa. Kiva lisä oli Ritualsin kylpyhuonetuotteet. Hotellin piha-alueet ja julkisivu ovat jo huonokuntoisia. Aamupalalla oli kirjaimellisesti kaikki lämpimät tarjottavat loppu, samoin leipä. Puolisoni huomauttaessa henkilökuntaa asiasta, saimme vain tylyn vastauksen "Joo, tiedetään!". Lopulta näitä tuotiin tarjolle mutta varautuminen viikonlopun ruuhkapiikkiin oli vajaa.
