Bad experience

They changed the room to a smaller one without notice. There was no compensation. We were traveling with a small child so this especially inconvenient. Not good, vexing to the extreme.

Siisti hotelli hienon metsän ja luonnon äärellä. Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä ja sisälsi kaiken minkä sen kuuluukin. Hotellin valintakriteeriin kuului että sähkömaastopyörän voi säilöä lukkojen takana yön yli. Tämä onnistui hyvin respan avulla pyörille erikseen käytössä olevassa tilassa.

Huoneistostamme puuttui kokonaan bide-suihku, joka pitäisi olla tänä päivänä kyllä ihan itsestäänselvyys. Wc:n hanasta, josta hampaanpesuvesikin piti ottaa, roikkui ruskeita "röpäleitä" - veden mukana kertynyttä ruostetta/rautaa, joka ennakoivalla ylläpidolla/huollolla ei pääse sinne kertymään. Näky oli todella vastenmielinen. (Huone 116). Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja palveluhenkistä.
