I paid £20 each for breakfast for 3 of us staying at the hotel, had to wait over 25 minutes for 3 cups to have a cup of tea, which we didn’t get as we had to leave to catch the train, no bacon or scrambled egg was replenished during that time .when I went to reception to ask for my £60:00 refund I was told I would have to email the manager to request this. Very poor service from the staff

We were concerned that when the fire alarm went off at 10.40 pm no staff were on the stairs saying it was a false alarm. We were in 4th floor and were fast asleep at the time. Swimming pool very good but members behaved like they owned it on the two occasions I used it.

From the moment we arrived we received a warm welcome from reception staff. The room was lovely, very comfortable and clean with a great sea view. The dining experience in their Coast Restaurant was also very good with attentive, friendly waiting staff and excellent food. A really great break away and beautifully positioned on the sea front, will definitely return!
