Hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were comfortable. Staff was polite and happy to help Things which were not great 1. Bathroom are designed badly. Mirror and sink were in opposite direction. One thing i dont like is the entry area staff are looking for tips for every small act they do for customer. This is so embarrassing.

The hotel is beautiful and check in was so smooth. The room was great, the sheets were clean, and it had a great view. But the room smelled of stale cigarettes, the carpet probably could probably use shampooing to get rid of the smell, easy fix and it would be absolutely perfect!!
