Pros: The hotel is in a good location and is quite clean. Cons: The hotel policies are quite restrictive - they do not allow outside food to be brought inside the hotel. You are expected to buy food from the in-house restaurant, where the food is average. This important detail is nowhere mentioned when making a booking with them. A few of the bathroom accessories were broken and leaking on arrival. The rooms are a bit confusing. We booked the deluxe room; however, they changed it to a premier room when we arrived. However, the premier room is on a lower floor, smaller, did not have a desk, etc. The naming convention didn't make sense. We had to ask the reception to change our rooms to deluxe again, as per our original booking. Their higher tier rooms seem to be overpriced than the lower ones.

Staff is awesome and very helpful. The rooms are very small and has no table and chair for a laptop setup. I booked the biggest of their rooms. Water pressure was an issue at times. I wish housekeeping paid more attention to replacing towels as I has to call front desk multiple times during my 4 day stay. You can only connect 2 wifi devices per room and that's a big limitation in the current world we live in.
